The moldy truck is the lot should be a warning
I had my truck towed into this hell hole for a stalling issue. I should have left it on the hook and gone the other way. The lot is full half dismantled trucks that are green with mold from siting so long. All of the work is done outside because it looks like somebody`s hobby car is in their one service bay. I guess their toy is more important then doing work in a clean area.
This is a great place to bring a broke... view moren diesel if you want to see it repaired by a bunch of guys using a crystal ball. My truck was there for almost a month and they never could figure out anything other then that they needed more money (cash only) to keep guessing on why it would stall. Every time I asked what the problem was I was given another list of possibles, Maybe the computer, maybe the wiring but we will need you to pay more for us to keep guessing.
I ended up having my dead truck towed out of the lot after paying almost $500 for an estimate fee for them lacking the knowledge to fix it.
Good news though. I had the truck towed to Accurate Diesel on Division Street. I got a call from the mechanic that it was the wiring harness on the Injection Pump and that he had seen this before. He pulled the manifold, replaced the wire harness and the truck was back on the road by lunch time and for less then these guys charged me for a diagnostic fee.
So if you have tons of time ( and money) and are amused by a bunch of guys using a dart board to repair your truck take it here, if you want to drive your truck take it to Accurate.
