I did not have a great experience here. I read all the reviews around online and they seemed to be positive. That was not the case. They heavily rely on the car to throw a code for their diagnostic machine to read. They scratch their head when no code is thrown. Basically, they had to replace parts until they think its fixed. Not enough updates are provided and you have to call them to get any update. In my case I s... view moretill had issues with the drive-ability of my car and was told there would be more money involved after spending $800 for repairs that might work. I passed, paid and left never to return. I do not recommend them. For $99 an hour for labor you might as well go to your cars manufacturer servicing department.

Best Warranty!!!!!!!

This is a great shop with personal service. They have shuttle service and took me home all the way to Sun City and picked me up when my car was ready. Plus I got a 2 year warranty on my services. This was a great find!

WON`T BE GOING BACK

My daughter brought her car in for an oil change special. They found some work, that it looks like the car does need. She was uncomfortable with the service advisor, he asked her out. I wanted to post this, because she was loking to get her car fixed, not find a NEW BOYFRIEND!

Fast Service

My car broke down at 4 pm in Brandon. They had my car picked up by towing service quickly and had me in a rental car in 1 hour. I was on my way for a business trip to Jacksonville and had to be there in the morning. Their prompt service assured that I could get there and they had my vehicle repaired by the next day when I returned. The owner Mike earned my trust and repeat business. Best Car Repair in Brandon!!!

Stree Free Care Repair

What an excellent repair facility. This is a small shop, that exceeds your expectaions. You will see when you walk into their waiting area. It`s the best I have seen. The staff is so knowledgable, and made everything so easy. Jerermy the service manager had enterpise rent a car pick me up in just 5 minuties, and paid for the car too. Thanks Auto Works!
