VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICE!

The staff was great to me. I was in a bad accident and they were able to fix my car, put me in a rent a car, and dealt with my insurance company. I got my car back within a few days. They were very kinda and went beyond what I even asked. My car is right back to new! I will definately recommend them to anyone!?ˆ?

Complete Crooks!!!!!

Thieves!!!!!! Bunch of crooks!!!! They were supposed to add a very simple rear spoiler to my brand new Lexus. I was told one hour. It took them 4 hours (and i know why!). They scratched my trunk badly!! They scratched my rear bumper!! They tried to add touch-up paint to hide their screw-up... and couldn`t even do that properly! What a bunch of idiots!! They must have been spray painting a white car near min... view moree -- there are about 20-30 specks of white paint on the rear of my brand new red Lexus!! The manager Charley - was a total a-hole!!! When i picked up my car -- there did not seem to be one single happy customer in this hell hole. The employees look like rejects from the prison down the street. These guys will severely butcher any job. RUN!!! NEVER USE THESE IDIOTS FOR ANY CAR JOB!!!! It will cost me roughly $800 to ""fix"" the damage they did to my 6 week old Lexus!! All this --- for a $125 rear spoiler install. Instead of the manager helping -- he cussed me out of the shop. Complete a-hole!!

Customer Satisfaction IS NOT Their Concern

They don?????????t stand behind what they recommend. I bought a set of tires and rims from them. THEY RECOMMENDED what tires I should get. I trusted their ?????????expert????????? judgment, but they were the wrong ones and my rims were practically sitting on the ground because there was so little rubber.
