I hate to say this , but I really don`t think the mechanics there know what they are doing.They just try and guess what is wrong , and hope that it is the problem.And when they replace whatever it is and realize that wasn`t the problem , they won`t do anything to compensate u. I had a very pleasant experience with these people. For the lady who said they were rude I am praying for you. The dealership should have been the one responsible for they repaired it and should have checked it. My experience with them Haines city car care went like this...one 3 yr old hard to handle child, one mentally challenged 8 yr old, and a 11 yr old were with me. As soon as I passed their place my tire blew,... view more I tried to change it but could not keep the children in the seat belt and they were pretty excited. So I prayed Lord help me and I turned around and there was their sign with a phone number. I called and they came and got me in there private vehicle, took me and my kids to the shop and gave something to drink and tv to the kids. Went back and they got my car, changed my tire by putting my spare on for FREE, and the lady in the office was very sweet to my children who were both challenged. They did not have my type of tire. You must have been very rude or having a really bad day and expecting them to pay for it, I will pray for you to have peace and realize that is an unfair review and I experienced patience and kindess and human compassion from these people.I usually do not ever write a review but this is wrong and I do not think it is fair. I do not know these people personally, was looking for their address to take my husband car to them ( when I ran accross this review) for I trust them, they could have ripped me off. Do not know but assume they are christains for they were so kind to me and the children in my care. Unless it changed hands since then and I do not think so. He did not have to do this all for me for free and my kids were really acting out, things like this upset them. So people please do not believe this negative review this other person wrote. a couple of days ago, I had called and spoken to Ryan, the manager of this shop to ask him about my car and he said to come by and he would place a diagnostic on it as I thought it was the distributor (it had already gone bad before and been replaced with a used one but started breaking down again). He told me to come by, I did, he placed the machine on my car, told me he got a "no crank signal" code and n... view moreeeded to go and do a quick bit of research...he went into the back of the shop, came out in about two minutes and said "you need to buy a new car cause this thing has a bad computer"...I said I had no money for a new car and asked what I should do, Ryan said" you will have to take it to the dealership and it will cost you alot of money, but its that or a new car"..I asked him if he was absolutely SURE that was the problem and he told me Yes, I am SURE. So I took the car to Dodge of Winter Haven, had them put in a new computer that cost me 635.00 and change, drove home and the car broke down again and has been ever since. I called up Ryan to ask for some help, and as soon as he realized it was me and that he had me do something that didnt work, he got really rude, said it`s your problem and hung up on me...I called him back, said dont hang up on me, you told me that I needed the computer and he said, no I said I thought that`s what it was...when I told him, no you said you were SURE it was the problem, he said "hon are you RETARDED??? Now no matter what transpired no one should be spoken to in that manner..what if I had a retarded child (I do have two relatives who are) that was dispicable...so when he once again hung up on me, i called back and spoke to the owner, who would NOT tell me her name, and said it was not their problem and that if I wanted to go to the better business bureau then GO AHEAD (she was screaming)then she hung up on me...I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE CAUSE RYAN DOESNT OBVIOUSLY KNOW WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT AND THEY WONT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS...THEY CAUSED ME TO SPEND MONEY I COULD NOT AFFORD ON SOMETHING USELESS, NOW I HAVE TO FIGHT DODGE TO GET THEM TO REPLACE IT OR WHATEVER NEEDS DONE AND WILL COST ME MORE MONEY...THIS GUY IS NO MECHANIC AND THE OWNER DOESNT CARE HOW HER CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED.....STAY AWAY FIND ANOTHER SHOP.

I went there today and was thinking i need my breaks replace or something. I called Haines City Car Care Center in the morning and she was nice enough to fit me in at 1PM. I explained the the mechanic that my problem with the break and he took a test drive and said there is no problem with my breaks. Any other auto repair places would went ahead and given me a new break job regardless if i needed it or not.
