Best Auto Dealership Manager

My fiance and I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Maroone Nissan in Ft. Lauderdale and could not believe how great of a car we got for the money (well below Blue Book value). It is very difficult in the auto industry to find an ethical dealership that treats you fairly with honesty and integrity so this is the reason we are writing this review. After purchasing the vehicle we took it to our mechanic and an oil leak... view more was found and even though the sales manager was reluctant to eat the costs of the repair...the Dealership Manager made right by us in authorizing the full repair at the dealership`s cost. He was so pleasant to deal with and apologized that the service area had missed the leak in their pre-inspection and immediately called the sales and service manager to let them know that he was authorizing the repair. Basically he turned what could have been a terrible experience into a very good one. It has already been a half year with the car and we are completely happy with our purchase! When people ask where we got such a good deal on our SUV we let them know it was from Maroone Nissan!
