Feel overcharged and looked down on...

Sorry, we felt overcharged and looked down on. I mean if you spend $600 for an oil change and radiator, maybe they`d rotate your tires, too, or at least offer to make an appointment for you when you ask if they`ll - and then charge $15 after you`ve paid $600 already? Frank was arrogant and seemed as if he didn`t want to bother. And a radiator change? Google search shows even a backyard mechanic should be able to do i... view moret in an hour. Martin Tire? 2 hours. Maybe this place is the best that you can do. And that`s a sad thing...

bad service, dishonest, rude & unprofessional BEWARE!!!

Francis himself charged me for a generic auto diagnostic test w/ wrong results ($50) - all other mechanics refund this once work is done, he did not...he also refused to give me the written results despite charging me?!.. Next he recommended work that would have been dangerous to my car/could have ruined my transmission. He ordered a mystery part per faulty diagn. test but then claimed it came in wrong from the deale... view morer; then offered no apology for hrs of my lost time. He claimed to have done transmission work (new fluid - again dangerous when done by unprofessional like him b/c volvo requires specific fluid) & w/out my approval he then charged me nearly $200 FOR NOTHING (he did not touch the fluid at all despite billing me for it??) & he forced me to pay him in order to get my car back. He then refused to speak with me when I wanted to get a refund for labor he charged me for a part that never arrived. I realized he did nothing on my car (b/c he knows nothing about the mechanics of foreign cars); this has been verified by two prof. mechanics & in fact, what he recommended would have ruined my car & caused over $4000 in damage. He is very dangerous and dishonest - am filing claims with local gov agency & local bb advocacy organization - so you can find offical notes there under his business name! The local gov`t agency has a file with all current claims against him - there are several & one from Aug 8 2009 in addition to mine.

Very Honest & Trust Worthy

I`ve been a customer of Martin tire for about 10 of the 15 years they`ve been in business, and I must say I have never had to question any work done to my vehicles. The owner (Frank Martin) is awesome. He`s very honest and always gives me OPTIONS! He goes above and beyond what you would expect from a manager / owner and personally guarantees his work. His employees are all well-spoken, and are like a big happy family... view more. Often times you`ll catch his mom (Big Mama) ordering parts at the front desk, or watching her soap operas in the waiting room. They sometimes have great deals going on, which is un-needed because his prices are very reasonable. He`s not out to scam you out of your money, and with me being a young lady that is very comforting. It`s very close to Aventura Mall and there`s a really good cuban restaurant right around the corner if you get hungry. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good prices on tires and auto repair, or just a friendly conversation with ""big mama"".

We all trust him becasue he tells it like it is and never over charges us. Most importantly if he can`t do it he let`s you know.
