Poor Customer service

I called to get an estimate for windows to be tinted only to be told that I have to waste my time by driving to their location for them to look at my car even though I told them the make and model. So I then asked for a range of prices she wouldn`t even do that and totally acted like they don`t need my business. So I`m very glad that they don`t need my business because I will not be going there.

I just completed my 10th car with Best Sun Stop. 5 of the 10 were Porsche`s with difficult back windows. Absolutely amazing!!! Porsche dealer wanted to know who does my tinting. Truly exceptional hardworking owners. Completing work even on weekends and at night if needed. Would never use anyone else!!!

Another Amazing Job

I just returned from having my 3rd vehicle tinted by this amazing husband and wife team. The owner takes longer and charges a little more, and I would not want it any other way. He is meticulous, honest, very friendly and loves what he does. He showed me six different tints on my windows and pointed out the pros and cons to help me decide exactly what shade should be applied. The BEST window tint jobs we have ever gotten!!!

I have had my windows tinted in every car I have ever owned... But this place takes the cake!!!!! Eeek. Called today just to get...

Eeek. Called today just to get information about tint removal for one window on a small car. I was told that they have to look at my car, which is reasonable. I inquired about thier weekend hours and was told they are all booked on Saturday and don`t do removal on Saturday anyway. Really? Interesting. The woman on the phone didn`t even offer for me to stop in on Saturday so they could peek at my car. Passionate, honest, and knowledgeable...

It`s good to know and meet people who are passionate about their work. When I talked to the owner/tinter he was SO passionate about his job. He went into all the details of tinting, and conveyed it to me as if it was an art. His 30 years of experience was evident in the way he talked about his industry. The mere fact he took over 4 hours for the job, showed his dedication. After completion he went over care instructions and the process undergone. The result; one word THOROUGH! All windows were immaculate, and attention to detail was truly evident. The price may seem steep, but it is for good reason - QUALITY. Sure you may find a cheaper price for the same service, but I guarantee you won`t get as good results. I`ve had 5 cars tinted by five different companies and NONE are at the level that Sun Stop currently resides. If more people were to as passionate, honest, and as knowledgeable about their respective industry, the world would be a better place! :)

Highly recommended professional tint work in town

Friends of mine referred me to this place, I had my windows tinted a few places before and let me tell you it`s quite different. Of course the price was a little bit more, but my satisfaction is overwhelming.. When I picked up my car, everything was perfect and the windows were so clean, no mess. I`ve just gone back to Sun Stop Tinting for the second time. After having my previous vehicle done there I knew that there was only one choice. It`s a shame that there has to be a Con.. but realistically, most people would find that Sun Stop is a bit more expensive than most of the places that one might find lining the roads from St. Pete to Spring Hill. I gave them a call and I was a little shocked to find that they were going to charge my car around $300! Other places that I have checked around only charged $129 to $160. Honestly, I find myself pretty brave to try out this pricey tint job, hence my neighbor?ˆ™s car says it all after all these years she has had it done. Also, other friends of mine have had their car?ˆ™s done at $150 and they only got about one and a half years out of their cars tint, I mean a lot of problems with peeling and a wrinkled look. So, I would be ashamed if I were not to write this review. The tinter spent a generous amount of time walking me through the different types of tint and shades and he also pointed out that I needed non-interference tint for my integrated radio antenna which was an additional $35. So all-in-all, I was so pleased with his perfectionists work and surprisingly, my almost $325 with discount was well spent. This is an example that sometimes money can buy quality, but only if people choose to. And I?ˆ™m glad that I made that right choice with no problems just as my neighbor had. Everyday when I see my car, it looks so rich, so classy, and uniquely different from any other cars seen on the road. I highly recommend this place, and surely I will come back for my next car. A real, genuine tint job!

I moved to Oldsmar almost a year ago and, oblivious on not knowing where to go for a good tint job, I had my windows done (ashamed to mention the shop), and the result? Wrinkled tint of purple colour with bubbles encasing my windows. I WAS FURIOUS! I could not believe that within two weeks, my car had become a dreadful sight and my money went to waste. I spoke around in desperation and all my friends, also many people I came across, recommended Best Sun Stop Window Tinting. The second I stepped in their shop and spoke with the owners, I had never been more comfortable with my car in anothers hands. They were detailed in explaining to me what was best for my car and absolutely sincere in their work. Their shop is immaculate which is what made me comfortable in leaving my car with them. The price was a bit more than what I had previously paid for, but not one person should worry about that, as the results tell it all. Take my word for it, every dollar I spent was worth the job they did and I could not have left happier! So what were the results this time? A WORK WITH A DEGREE OF EXCELLENCE. I left their shop with much thanks for my car to be back in the spotlight. The work is precise, immaculate-quality, and absolutely FLAWLESS. I appreciate the perfection put into their work.
