The Best Auto Repair Shop in South Florida

Took my 2004 Jeep Liberty, giving me fits with overheating and ac not working, into Target Auto on Jeff Cohen`s reputation alone. We live 30 miles away in Coral Springs. We were not disappointed. You receive a very friendly greeting, as you step out of the car and although I stopped by on my way home from work (just before 5pm) I never felt as if I was putting anyone out or delaying their exit home. Jeff was very fri... view moreendly and helpful and we agreed I would bring the Jeep back the next morning. The next morning we completed the paperwork and I left to take my family to breakfast, before breakfast was finished, Jeff callled me to let me know what he had found and let me know he had emailed me the written estimate (how much better can this get). We stopped back by the shop to sign off on the work and Jeff showed us what was wrong and needed to be done (who does that anymore) and then we signed off on the necessary work and left agreeing it should be done by end of business on Friday (this was Wednesday). You can imagine my pleasant surprise when on Thursday, early afternoon, Jeff called to say the car was ready to be picked up. When we came in to pick it up, Jeff showed us the parts that had been removed (when was the last time you experienced this, even when you ask other shops rarely do it). Everything was just as Jeff had said it would be, the invoice price correct and car runs great. You cannot ask for better service, attitude and repairs. I will have to move much, much farther away before I ever use another auto repair shop. Jeff and his team at Target Auto are the best, you would be foolish to go anywhere else.

I was very impressed by the high level of integrity and transparency that the owner, Jeff Cohen, demonstrated during my interactions with him. He explained in minute detail the repair process, the itemized estimate as well as the final bill. He kept all the old parts he replaced and showed them to me. My vehicle was returned to me clean and on time. Jeff was great!

I stopped by to have my license plate and bracket put on my car. He came outside to meet me, gave me some parts, and had it done in under 15 mins all for free and wouldn`t accept a tip. I was told to go there by my boyfriend bc he also received great service there. Would definitely recommend

Target auto repair is the best. My car needed to get serviced and although they were closing for the day, they allowed me to take my car in at such short notice. Jeff the owner was very concerned and friendly and I felt confident in leaving my car in his care. I was updated frequently on the progress of my car via email and phone calls. I`ve been bringing my cars to Jeff and his team at Target Auto for many years now. It is really worth meeting him just for the smiles you get while chatting with him. Very rarely does an owner mechanic ever down sell suggested needed services. With Target Auto Repair I can say that I have never had to worry that something else might go wrong after a servicing or repair because for over 10 years now nothing ever has.
