Absolutely Terrible, Took my mint condition vehicle in, and they ended up scratching 3 of my four rims! One had a large scrape on the center! Impossible to happen. Rude and referred to their signs behind their counter stating that "we are not responsible for damages to your property". They don`t take responsibility for their actions and poor workmanship. When asked to remount my old tires back on and reques... view moret a refund, they stated "we cannot guarantee that your rim will not scratch nor bend". STAY AWAY, Pay the extra and get better service done with better equipment.

July 18th my car died on me and left me stranded at a gas station. The next morning I had it towed to EJV, as they had done quite a bit of work for me on 4 different cars in the past. It took them 3 days to tell me that I had burnt my timing belt and that it would cost me $490. to repair. 2 days later they called me and told me that I had also bent the valves when I melted my timing belt, and that it would be ano... view morether $1,100. to do the repair. I trusted them and told them to do the work. Late in the day on July 29th they called my home and told me the car was ready to be picked up. My wife picked it up and paid them the agreed upon $1,600. - though they said it would be another $300. and that he had told me this on the phone, they also told her that the air conditioning wasn`t working any more. As for the additional $300., no such conversation ever happened. My wife was complaining that the car was shaking every time she took off or stopped. I noticed this right away, along with the fact that it didn`t start right either. The next day I decided to take her to work, to see if it would act right. The high idle was way too low when I started it, again I noticed shaking hen I came to a stop, and the car bogged really badly when I took off. I took it back to them that day and told them what was wrong. Last Friday I went to pick it up again. They told me "The check engine light doesn`t come on so it`s fine". This morning my wife took the car and went to work. 10 minutes later she came back and said the car had died when she took of from the stop light by our house. The check engine light did come on then. I took it back for a 3rd time today and let them know what had happened. He said he will check it again. When I asked if a broken timing belt could mess up the air conditioning, the only answer he could give me was "I don`t know".

My engine @ EJV

My engine blew up so I took it to EJV. They Charged me about 2 grand to replace the engine. Then, about 4 months later, the engine they installed blew up again. When I told them what happened, they said it was my fault. I told them that the engine they sold me was garbage and asked them to fix it free of charge, since it was their engine that blew. They said there was nothing they could do and it would cost another 2... view more grand to fix. Neddless to say, I ended up selling the car for $850.00. They screwed me good! They are good people/mechanics and have some of the cheapest prices in town. I still take my car to them for any work i need done but it just sucks that they took me like that!
