I won`t go into a lengthy review like I did on other sites (hint, hint) but I will say that this is not a honest company. Fred the owner is rude and disrespectful to say the least. We purchased a set of 4 tires from Factory Tire....it was bad from the start to.....I can`t say finish because they did not finish the job they were paid for. We were double charged, they damaged our property, insulted us and ref... view moreused to make good their mistake...we left there with a wobbly front end and a hard pull to the right and a busted center cap after spending a lot of money (& time) with their business. After leaving (beaten down by Fred`s verbal battering) I order a new center cap for my rim that his guy (admittingly broke) and Fred refused to replace. Plus, I had to call a different tire shop to get an appointment for my truck. I need it riding properly so that I don`t wear the new tires out. I am informed that I have been sold a "bad tire" and my truck was severely out of balance. So I had to pay more money to get my truck properly balanced and I have to go back in the morning again to have my tire swapped out for a good one. Worst experience ever!! Do not go here even if you break down in the parking lot!! Call a tow truck and be taken some where else!!!
