worst dealer ever

they sell jet skis in bad conditions ,they leave there skis outside to rot.. my husband picked up s ski at night and they din`t allow him to inspect it. Next morning we go out to take it out and the plastics on it where fade out to white and the seat had an interior tear, we called them right away and even drove three hours to the dealer to get a will replace the seat in 6 weeks because its in back order.Them I asked... view more for a general manager , only to be greeted again by the same guy who said the general manager did not need to talk to me..ask for the owner he said he did not care.. got plenty of pictures as evidence...

The experience of buying a bik...

The experience of buying a bike was great ! My experience with the purchase and installation of an aftermarket part showed that they could not handle it and lacked follow-through.

poor customer service

I walked around outside for a bit just looking around. Went inside to see what they had and no one said anything to me. I stopped and looked at 2 different bikes for about 5 mins an still nothing. Just terrible customer service. Still shopping around but no way I would buy my bike here

STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MOTORCYCLE

I traded in a bike for a slightly newer sportbike with fewer miles, 6 days after owning it the crankcase started making a noise, took it back and they charged me over a grand to fix it, they returned it to me with a check engine light on, however they ordered the part they broke to fix that but it wasn`t in stock yet. Told me I could ride it as is, and bring it back when it came in. They also had my bike for over 45 ... view moredays, 3 days after getting it back it had to go back in for service because it was heavily leaking coolant and oil. This place is a freakin joke! The don`t inspect their used vehicles before selling them. Their service department never answers the phone, and if you leave a message they`ll never call you back. After my bike was returned after a repair, I had to take it back in because the work was sub-par. I spoke to one of the guys that works their outside of the dealership and he personally told me he`d never take his bike to this dealership for work. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MOTORCYCLE.

Expect Awesome Serice from the folks at CFP

We bought a Can Am Spyder from Central Florida Powersports and they helped us to arrange delivery to our summer home in North Carolina. Within a few days of its arrival, an issue arose with the starting system. As soon as it was confirmed that it was running perfectly Matt quickly arranged for the Spyder to be returned to us in NC. We cannot say enough to praise the dealership for their outstanding service and quick responsiveness and are thrilled now to be Spyder owners. We own many luxury vehicles including a Harley V-Rod, BMW Z8, Porsche Cayenne Turbo S and Porsche Panamera Turbo, so we appreciate good service.

failure to accept responsibility

I have never had the displeasure of dealing with a company that would go so far to avoid excepting responsibility , after such a great job at the sales and the great job building the bike , to my vision , we end in such an unpleasing manor

Worst boat dealer in Florida!

Central Florida Power Sports is the absolute worst boat dealer in the state of Florida, probably in the entire South! The sales staff is sure enough high pressure, but the customer and product service is CRAP! Their staff is no less than buffoons, they cannot diagnose a flat tire let alone major engine or electrical problems. They do their best to make the customer PAY`S for the very poor manufacturing quality... view more and mistakes of the Seadoo products and their staff. Hey but at least I know where they get the buffoon mechanics and staff they are evidently handed down from Seadoo. PLEASE be warned, DO NOT BUY any Seadoo product or any product from Central Florida Power Sports or you will be paying much more than the cost of the Seadoo.
