I was very very unsatisfied with this shop. It seems to me that all they are worried about it getting the next car in. Worried about the money, and that`s all. And a letter will be sent to the regional manager, to make sure they are aware of this.

REPLY -- This Aamco is a waste of time
I am the owner of this Aamco Transmission, what this young lady failed to mention, is that her boyfriend drag races both of their vehicles every weekend, and when she came in to to have the clutch installed the C/V boot was already torn and dry, I suggested replacing it when we installed the clutch pack that they purchased, she and he declined, because she said they did not have the money, when they complained I rem... view moreinded them of my suggestion but agreed to replace it just to appease them. which obviously they were happy about because they brought me their second car....Keep in mind she ""DESTROYED"" the clutch in her car in less then 50K miles, so you can imagine what that kind of abuse does to a flimsey rubber C/V boot cover, which I am not judging her for that, all I am stating is that she and her boyfriend drive their cars very hard... and then Her boyfriend also bought a new transmission for his car, which he had us install also, so they could not have been to unhappy with us, and then he had an issue with his new tranmission that he had purchased over the internet, it had a defective pump in the transfer case, so it would not build up hydraulic pressure, of course their first impulse was to say that we installed incorrectly, which we are human, we do make mistakes, so at my expense, I had it towed to the dealer to get an impartial opinion, and he sided with us, and told her boyfriend it was not an install problem, it was an internal issue with the pump, so I still paid the dealer, and as far as I knew, everything was okay, until I read this....All I am saying is, these are very nice people, I treated them very fairly, against my better judgement, I installed parts purchased by the customer over the internet, and sometimes you get situations like this. I wish them the best, we have hundreds of satisfied customers, where I have gotten thank you cards, Christmas cards, etc....

This Aamco is a waste of time
My boyfriend and I had cars repaired at aamco.
we had them install a $5000 transmission in the car drove it home, and our intercooler piping was not on and our transmission was leaking oil.
Our second car just got a clutch put in. I drove home with my cv axel ripped open and someone there had taped the boot as if that would fix it. [it was fixed at their expense but how could you let a customer drive home ... view morelike that]. At the least I can say we were upset with this Aamco and I would never recommend sending any one I know to this aamco.
