Avoid the service department at all costs! They ended up charging me more than they said it would cost to fix my bike and the bike isn`t even fixed! The service manager-plain and simple doesn`t care! Now I have to take my bike elsewhere to actually get it fixed. What a waste of time and money! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

BEST PRICING AROUND

I was looking for a New motorcycle and was shopping around at all the local shops. All of them made it about price and that they where the best around. But I find a home at CycleSpring . Marty one of the owners was honest with me. Told me that he had to make a profit but said that I would be taken care of. The sale don`t end with me writing the check. Time wasted!

Needed a new tire mounted. Called ahead and the man said they are open on Sunday. I arrived to the store the next day and it was closed. What gives? Totally wasted a beautiful morning.

Disregard the 6 Star Review its the Owner

Though I was treated great during the sale of my Watercraft with Rob & Marty, when it came to service, well that was a different story. Noel was arrogant and tried to put an aftermarket rebuilt engine in my Kawasaki that was under warranty ,instead of the proper Kawasaki engine. I found out because the aftermarket was cheaper for him, but cheaper in quality for me. Great Service is back ? THINK AGAIN!

Worst business I`ve ever seen

I have done business with this dealer around 6 times in the last 4 years. Every time I go in, there is an issue of some kind. Last time I bought a paid for an IRC 130/90/16 tire. They called said it came it. I set an appointment to go in that afternoon at 5pm to have it put on. They rolled the bike out a 5:55 with the wrong tire on it and wanted me to pay another $200.00 +. I went balastic. They gave me the tire and ... view morelet me go. The latest was this week. I ordered a tire on Tuesday and set an appointment for this morning at 9am to have it put on. They never called to let me know it was in. Rode down only to find out thier compressor died on Tuesday and the owners dont want to fix it. Get a refund now I have to find another dealer and get a tire put on. If I ever go in there again someone kick me in the gonades please.

Terrible customer service

While I recently visited Cycle Springs. I was the only customer standing at the parts department desk. Four empolyees stood there without acknowledging me or offering any assistance. They were too busy talking about the size of the breasts of a previous female customer who had just left.

I found them to be unproffessional and would not recommend giving them your business.
