Mr. Baez did a great job explaining all the many features of my new car. He was patient and made sure I was comfortable with everything. The last thing I would expect here in a Florida dealer was a sales person with a perfect knowledge of Russian language. He told me what to expect throughout the process and He was right. I certainly recommend this dealer. Great service, and very attentive. A gentleman by the name of Lazaro made the experience of buying less if a hassle since it`s usually not my favorite thing to do.
