where to begin I was givin option to bring car in for 800.00 or take out myself for 500.00 in feb 5 months later I call them having issues they say "bring it to shop" after 2 attempts and being told they don`t have time for the lift to come back "drive carefully" cause I want to ruin my car come on now. it quit moving all together mind you they have 6 month hard part no external warranty so it takes my man couple we... view moreeks till he took it out cause we have jobs drop it off and I know it be little bit to work on it between paying costumers no problem, they say everything looks fine now I have them put a tranny pump on 200.00 and I have to keep calling to get info it jumped to 450.00 them not honoring there 6 month warranty at this point and everyone is familiar with my car but unfortunately we got a 4x4 paper saying 500.00 no name address nothing no date so wouldn`t accept my warranty date cause they gave us nothing, so I leave it there a month and I get a call come for 300.00 so I worked another month using my whole 2 week check not paying bills I needed to get my tranny back so I can have transportation to work instead of borrowing my moms car every day, now I got it back on Friday put it in and Saturday they were closed but yet there open Saturdays, on Monday on my way there I didn`t make it half way there stuck on 19south doing same thing when we dropped it off,they give me a number for a tow truck 60.00 like really they got me for 800.00 already now I need to pay a truck no thank you I found another source a dependable person, also we noticed n Feb. they painted my tranny chrome color and supposed to put in tranny pump and charged for gaskets,pump,labor and the gaskets still have silver paint on them and they didn`t repaint it so tells me they never opened it replaced anything or charged me for my reused gaskets, they had to change there name from mild to wild cause they lie and ripped off to many people there going to go under lawyer,better business,facebook everyone will know about this company NO GOOOOD stay away cheaper isn`t better ,I didn`t want to give them even this one star but had to to leave this extremely important message

After having my transmission fixed at Mild to Wild/First Choice Transmission, I had to get it done again. After bringing it to the dealer, and an independent trans shop, I was told that my transmission had never been taken apart. I was also told they could tell because all the parts were the original OE parts and the seals were un-touched. I am confused as to how the transmission worked for six month before failing. ... view moreI am confused that they would take such a risk at getting caught. I am leaning towards the two outside opinions. Unfortunately, I was told the same scenerio from a close friend regarding this company. I suggest going to a more reputible company. Do your homework. Cheaper is not always better, especially when you must pay twice.

I have to say, everyone was ex...

I have to say, everyone was extremly accomidating and professional. My son brought his 98 Dodge Durango in for a transmission, torque converter and transfer case. They gave him a great price and went above and beyond. Fred was great and took the time to explain everything to us. I would this recommend this company. Very happy with the service and the repair.
