The guys from the SERVICE Department are true professionals. I called in on Friday to set up an appointment for Saturday with Albert. He was very professional and told me to come in for 10:00 a.m. the following morning. Even though the place was crowded on the Saturday I managed to get my oil change and tires looked at within the time Albert told me. Grear Buying Experience

I researched online details for a New Scion XB versus a Kia Soul and the Nissan Cube. Scion of Hollywood was so prompt with information that I went to that dealer first. I met with Angela who introduced me to Norman, he was very information and after I drove it, I knew that the vehicle I was getting. Horrible experience; Buyer Beware!

We had a horrible experience at this dealership. They lied to us about the features of the car, the sticker price (they claimed they couldn`t find the sticker - I found it on the drive home in the glove box with a listed price $4,000 LOWER than what they told me). The car had paint chips (which we didn`t notice as we took delivery after dark), and one of the sliding doors didn`t work from the outside. Took it back th... view moree next day and they refused to swap us out to an ""identical"" car on the lot. They did fix all of the problems eventually (it had to go to their BODY SHOP), but their sales manager, Momi, is truly horrible. Not only do I not recommend EVER doing business here, but I urge all to STEER CLEAR of this dealership.

Quality Customer Service

I was skeptical about buyiing a car for fear of being taken advantage of or tricked, but to my surprise my experience was anything but that. Upon arriving at the lot, I was greeted by salesman and asked if I needed help. He didn`t attack me or smother me while I was looking. He allowed me to look around at their inventory and answered a few of my questions. I left a deposit and my car arrived wiithin six weeks exactly like I wanted. He even helped me program my Bluetooth!! No Integrity

I went to the new sales dealership to purchase a car that I was told was on the way to their lot and would be mine upon its arrival. After my deposit was secured, they were not able to give me an approximate date of arrival. They played games with me for two days, at which time I find out the car was already given to another dealership. All they wanted was the sale, but, luckily, I was able to have my deposit refunde... view mored thanks to putting it on my credit card! The place looks dirty and dilapadated to boot.
