A GREAT PLACE TO GET A CAR OR TRUCK WITHOUT ALOT OF HASSLE

i bought two trucks from smartway. the first was a fixer upper for a really cheap price and no surprises. the second was a pretty F-250 4x4. Steave helped me get financed with no credit history and set me up with an easy payment schedule i could afford. i bought this truck over two years ago and havent had a single problem with it. Worst Customer Service EVER!!! BEWARE!!

I wouldn`t recommend Smartway to my worst enemy. The cars s@ck and the service rendered by the sleazy salesman Steve, is poor to say the least. I bought a car there and within a week I had to take it back. While the car was there, Steve was calling me regarding a payment. I was appalled and disgusted. His customer service skills are the worst that I have every seen. I have gotten better service at Checkers in t... view morehe heart of the hood. I have never met the owner, but if I did I would let him know about the goons that he has working in his dealership. I had to return that piece of cr@# that I purchased from them and ended up going to a small dealership in Hollywood, where I got excellent service and a great car to boot. Mind you the truck that I bought in Hollywood cost me less than the lemon that Steve swindled me into purchasing at his, correction Tom`s dealership. I believe that the owner should teach Steve the basics of customer service or get a better crop of employees.

SMARTWAY AUTO IS THE BEST FOR USED CARS

I HAVE BOUGHT AT LEAST 4 VEHICLES FROM SMARTWAY. BOTH THE OWNER, TOM AND HIS # 1 SALESMAN STEVE, WILL NOT SELL YOU A LEMON, UNLESS OF COURSE YOU WANT ONE...THEY ARE HONEST. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY. PEGGY KILP
