YUCK....

Ive been a AAA+ member for many years now,and use my membership several times a year. I had a break down the other night 5/9/12. Driver was prompt (good thing since there were kids in the car),and very nice..even though he was helping me he used his manners (didnt think those still existed). But, here`s where it all fell apart...I need to go to a station he couldnt help me on the side of the road, I do understand he`... view mores not a rolling shop. But then I looked at his truck...YUCK!! His side mirrors were duct taped on and there was even duct tape on the windshield!!! I started thinking about it,MOST insurance company`s cover to replace a fixed windshield...hmmmmmm are they even covered with insurance? So,now Im worrying about my car on the tow truck and them possibly NOT being insured. And if I did let this guy take my car were they going to fix my problem with duck tape?? I did let him tow me due to my kids. BUT,I will never use this company again NOT refer them to anyone else again. If I do need to call AAA in the future,Ill make sure to let them know I feel ""UNsure"" about this facility.

Well ...over the years I have tried many repair garages, including dealerships and have never experienced the honesty and quality like I have at South Pasco Auto Body. These guys are amazing! They are friendly, give me estimates before they do any work and have never given me a reason to not trust them. So nice! :) . I have been coming here for 4 or 5 years now and recommend them to everybody

I am so happy with the way my car looks and runs...I hardly recognize it as the car I used to drive. The repair and body work are unbelievable. And the extra attention to detailing made all the difference.?ˆ?

First-class service

These guys are really great. Pleasant, friendly and seem very honest. I would recommend them to everyone who has a problem with his car. On my first visit I needed a water pump, they gave me an estimate before they fixed it and it was actually less when I picked up my car, and the car was ready when they promised.
