Happy New Honda Pilot Owner

I recently totaled my Honda CRV and needed a car fast. I had gone to several Honda dealerships and had horrible experiences. It`s either the pricing wasn`t right or the salesmen were extremely rude and unprofessional. Coral Springs honda was my last stop for the day. He has a great personality and knew the ins and outs of the vehicle. He actually got me excited looking at cars again. Needless to say, I did end up getting a car there - a Honda Pilot. The pricing was fair (not as low as I was hoping for) but the customer service I have gotten from them was worth it.

DO NOT BUY HERE

I gave CS Honda $500 deposit for a new CRV on 12/26/08, I took the car home. They matched the price of Holman Honda, but with a much resistance... took 3 hours. On 12/29/08 they said my finance was approved & I signed a new contract. In that contract, they over charged me $190 for N/A Gov fees!! Then on Jan 8`09, they said my finance was not approved due to my income, which I gave proof of on 12/26/29!! Now they ... view morewant to charge me for using the new car $850 + I will NOT get my $500 deposit back. I am going to have to go to small claims court to get my money! Be careful DO NOT BUY HERE. They will try to cheat you and try to up your payment with false charges. Also their payment "Truth & Lending calculation our off by $1000+ (per my accounting program, which is 100% correct). I did go to another dealer, World Ford & purchased a less expensive used car with NO problems & their Truth & Lending calculations were only off by $.01!
