Brought my 2002 Camry in for a second opinion as the Weston Toyota dealership wanted to charge me over $1300 to fix what they said was two oil leaks. Lenny and his team inspected the car and found only one leak and saved me about $1000. One week later I had a oil line blow in my 07 Lexus, and bought it into Dannys they fixed it at a very reasonable cost. Most recently I brought my 2012 Mazda3 in for its first oi... view morel change and tire rotation. When Tyler realized it was my first tire rotation he told me it wasn`t neccessary till after 15k miles and then you do it every 5k miles. Most places would`ve just did the tire rotation and charged me for it. These guys are really fair, priced right and I felt like they valued my business- I`ll be taking all my cars to these guys for years to come.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! This is the WORSTautomotive shop ( if you can call it that) EVER!!! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER take your car to Danny`s Great Bear Automotive in Weston, FL. They don`t honor the coupons that advertise in Weston Magazine (false advertising). They tell you an estimate over the phone and when you come to pick up your car they add $350 on to the tab. They tried to intimidate me by having one of thei... view morer guys rev his engine and nearly run me over with a truck (in front of my wife and children) when I tried to leave. The worst part of this whole ordeal is that THEY NEVER FIXED MY BRAKES CORRECTLY. I had to take my car somewhere else. WARNING: If anyone post a review that they are great, they have to be an employee, paid, or a relative. I have talked to many people in town and found they gone through similar situations. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!! I gave them the lowest score possible, because the site requires a rating. In all honesty, they should receive a big fat 0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!

AMAZING!!!!! my 16 year old son has a 2004 saturn that was a very very special gift from his 92 year old grandma.... he had an oil change, and 4 days later, the engine blew. he contacted Lenny the manager at Great Bear...and without ANY HESITATION...Lenny had confirmed with their new owner, they would replace the engine, for free! There was NO push back, not an issue at all. They felt there was a possibility that ... view moresomething may have been done wrong on their end, OR, it could simply be the age of the car, however, they were the last to servie the car....and they would make it right. The team treated my son with respect, and courtesty. They responded to his inquiries on a timely manner..and came through with ALL of their promises. They replaced the engine for free...and did not charge him anything. Lenny and his team are a PLEASURE... we love Great Bear Auto...and will continue to use them as our neighborhood station.

I love this place.Everytime I go there they give realy good care to my vehicle.They do their best to keep me satisfied everytime.Highly recomended.They even have done great work on my motorcycle too.They have a great staff....Tell your freinds ,thats the place to go!

Always a good experience!

I have been going here for 9 years. In those 9 years I have always had a pleasant experience from check in to check out. They take the time to get the job right! They know what they are doing and you can always know your vehicle is in good hands. I would just like to thank the Manager, who personally drove me to a meeting on his lunch break, since my car was not going to be ready in time. I highly recommend!

NEVER AGAIN

Way too expensive, grease on dash board, making me change the transmission oil when the transmission has to be rebuild, wanted over $500.00 for brakes and rotors,done it for $ 160.00 somewhere else. I don`t recommend that garage to anyone....

Never Again

Went to this place on a Sat.to take my car to have my ac fixed. Knew it would be a long process to I took the car in at 8am. They called me to tell me how much it would cost. Told them I would call them back in 5 min which I did. They said ok. Called them at 5pm since no one called me to pick up the car. They told me that they didn`t even fix the car and that I never called them back to tell them to fix it. Then the ... view moresame guy who I told to fix it tried to blame me by saying that I should have asked to speak to the manager/supervisor, and also said ""oh we probably wouldn`t have been able to get the parts anyway"". Really! That`s how you treat your customers? Not even an apology. NEVER AGAIN! Go at your own risk.

Pleasantly Surprised!

I already had a mechanic in Weston, but tried this place because of location to where I had car trouble. I was really surprised. While they don`t seem to have a main desk person (they seem to come in when necessary) they gave great prices, were timely, educated, and had great service. Do Not Go Here!

I was not impressed by the service at DGB! The customer service was awful. They were pushy and tried to get me to purchase additional services that were not needed. I believe that they tried to take advantage because they were dealing with a woman. I do not recommend this Auto Shop!
