Purchased a rebuilt module for a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 for $423.50. on August 30, 2013. I explained my situation and how bad I needed it. I explained I was renting a car for $235. a week. I was promised 5-7 days total to me. I called on September 6th to check on the progress since I had no contact at all post-purchase. I have their invoice that was mailed to me with ALL the information they asked me for on it. NO ONE called or emailed me asking me for any part number. I was pissed but okay. I got this part number off my truck and called them back with it. This Andy said okay 5-7 days from now. I called on September 13th to check on the progress. They now tell me the part didn`t come in and it was due in soon, again no calls or emails from them whatsoever. I proceeded to cancel the order immediately and demand a refund. After waiting a week I finally got a refund in the amount of $322.24. I called them. This brainless rep Andy tells me they`re charging me for work they did on the part they never got. I asked to speak to a manager and he tells me he is the manager. I told him I owned an ecommerce company as well as an Internet marketing firm. I asked him if he really wanted me to have to go through disputing my credit card and posting all these negative reviews on the Internet over $100. He said that there was nothing he could do for me. Put simply, this is a total crap company. They have no chain of command, no customer contact no sense of customer service whatsoever. No matter what your local dealer tells you, you are WAY better dealing with them then dealing with these clowns. I would highly suggest staying clear of these people. In addition to the HUGE waste of time they cost me over $500. in rental car fees that could have easily been avoided. Luckily they`re in Florida where I am based and have a very sharp, large law firm I deal with. Beware Andy and company, I gave you the option to avoid all this. As an added note, understanding the Internet and these reviews, I am quite certain the few positive ones are not real.

bought remanufaactured engine from these crooks.i sent my block and heads to their builder.they charged me a core charge.said they would return it.$500.00. i have called them at least 5 times they keep making excuses for why they haven"t sent it to me. 2 months sience enging was fixed. they never touched or seen engine.PROMAR prcision engines in pattern N.J. They sold us an engine and the engine was not the correct one. It came from Chicago from some Russian operated business. We ended up going to court and was awarded $5,330.00 plus 8% annual if not paid. I`ll get mine in the end. Guarantee ya.

Beware of this company. They have operated under 4 different names at the same location. They simply file bankruptcy an re-open. They deal with mostly junk yards and have never even seen the items/parts they they sell. Lonnie Margol is a smooth con man and lacks any integrity. He has burned many bridges and no one in the business community trust him. Be very careful if you decide tho use this company.

Liars and Cheats

They lie and lie and lie.....they tried telling the BBB that they do not sell remanufactured products. Then when I brought up they did give me half my money back because they sent me a used tranny rather then a rebuilt one they lied saying it was the right part. Then when I told them the bellhousing was wrong they said they never sold me the bellhousing just the tranny. Worst company in the parts business to deal with

I agree with LI Smith. This company is terrible to deal with for parts. They have no knowledge of what parts are needed and just send you anything. Then when you return the part for credit you can`t get your card credited. Don`t even think they are worth your time. They never return calls or e-mails. Try and find someone local as I did finally. Do Not Do Business with the Company.

Don`t do business with this business. It is unscrupulous. Deserves zero stars. They have an A- rating with BBB not A+, but God only knows why it`s not F because they have had 330 complaints in last 3 years and 117 in last 12 months. That`s terrible.
