Love My Volvo.

Love My Volvo. I just want to take a minute and thank you for being a terrific salesman! I am enjoying my Volvo XC 60 very much. It`s a pleasure to drive, has an attractive interior, all the controls are within easy reach and the safety features are dynamic! That Orinoco Blue color body color is wonderful! DeVoe Infinity has always been wonderful.

DeVoe Infinity has always been wonderful. I have had few problems with my Infinity with the exception of a tire sensor light which is an ongoing 2 year problem. They have been proactive in trying to diagnose and fix. One of the reasons I will keep my G35 is the excellent care I have with DeVoe.

It was a nice experience.

It was a nice experience. The salesman was very helpful and made sure that I understood how to work absolutely everything with my new car. I dealt with the finance lady who I signed papers with and she was also very helpful and made sure that I understood everything that I was signing. It would recommend them to my friends and relatives!!

Overall, treated respectfully

Overall, treated respectfully, salespeople responsive to needs. Only 1 glitch mars the experience: Tools were not available to remove license plate from our trade-in. Salesman was to have plate removed and mail it to us. He did not follow through. Plate stayed on the car sold to a used car lot. This was upsetting for potential liability to us.

I have nothing but good things to say about your dealership

I have nothing but good things to say about your dealership and service department. I had to stop in for a battery for my auto entry and pointed out that my sunvisor bracket/clip had broken and as I was getting my battery they had fixed the little bracket clip for me. I was in and out within 20 minutes what excellent customer service!
