the people at this dealership are crooks. we were interested in a vehicle they were selling. we never said we were going to buy the car. i went outside to talk to my wife and the owner filled out my loan check completely without my knowing. then we came back inside and told him we were going to keep looking and if we didnt find a car that was better we would be back. he gave me my paper work and check back witho... view moreut telling me my loan check was filled out to him with a price and everything. we got ready to leave and i saw the check that was filled out and confronted him about it and told him the check was now useless and he stated "" well you can buy our car"". the guy is a CROOK. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS THEY WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU FOR EVERY PENNY YOU HAVE WITHOUT YOU EVEN KNOWING!!!

OMG,i do not know where to start please people listen stay away from this place they will get ya.Better look at your contact real good that`s all i got to say.They are truly in it for there commission and money they could care less about you.once you buy the car the will not answer any questions avoid you and lie.i have an attorney now looking at our paper work lets just say somethings just don`t add up.STAY AWAY

Buyers Beware

Buyers BEWARE of wolves in sheep clothing...
I purchased a vehicle from Autowise at the end of March. I bought the vehicle as is for a set price which ALL fees and taxes were to be included. Autowise also agreed to have a part replaced on the car.
A month later, after 3 of my personal days were wasted driving to New Port Richey, Autowise holding my tags hostage, them accusing me of ""stiff arming"" them ( I... view more don`t even know how a consumer can ""stiff arm"" a used car salesman) my vehicle was finally repaired.
If I had did my homework and read the reviews before I conducted business with this POOR QUALITY dealership, I would have stayed far away and not wasted my time and money.
Buyers be wise don`t deal with Autowise.

BEWARE of AUTOWISE - New Port Richey

Autowise should be called Spanky`s car lot of piece of sh*t cars These people are the reason we all hate car salesmen. The salesmen are seedy and keep as much information about their vehicle`s problems to themselves after they tell you they went through everything to make sure the car is sound. They sent us off the lot with an empty tank of gas and when we went to fill the tank up right after leaving the dealershi... view morep there was no key to open the fuel cap. Come to find out they knew about the problem the whole time (it`s why the tank was on empty in the first place) and we had to ***break*** the gas cap off to get gas into it so we didn`t run out of gas on our way home in our ""new car"". I would strongly recommend not going there. If you do go there be ***sure*** to have the car inspected by your personal mechanic or dealer before purchasing anything from them. They will look you square in the eye and lie to you about the car`s condition - it happened to me. It took 4 hours to make a cash deal with these people and by the end of the experience i came very close to punching the owner - the most seedy person there"" in the face for refusing to give our money back for the truck. i have never been so sickened in my life over someone who was genuinely trying to pull the wool over my and my wife`s eyes. They told us they checked the car over when they received it at the lot but failed to tell us about bad shocks, the a/c vents were not working properly, there were 4 different tires on all 4 wheels, the transmission was rough shifting, and about the gas cap. We ended up spending an additional $2000 on top of what we paid for the car getting it fixed after they told us it was in ****excellent*** shape. It still needs another $550 to get the a/c working properly.. There are a number of other things to say about them but i think you all get the picture. I am contacting the BBB about them and hopefully I can keep other people from making the same mistake I made by going to them. Please, please, please - do not go to this seedy place of business. i am saving you a lot of headaches in the end - trust me.
