RIP OFF

I WAS NOT AT ALL HAPPY. I HAD A COUPON FOR A $12.95 OIL CHANGE HOWEVER I KNOW THAT THERE IS A DISPOSAL FEE OF $2 PLUS TAX. SO I WAS EXPECTING TO PAY $20 OR LESS FOR MY OIL CHANGE AND THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS GOING TO BE AN ADDITIONAL $7.99 FOR THE OIL FILTER. WHICH IS USUALLY INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. SO I ASKED THE FRONT DESK WOMEN HOW MUCH IS THIS GOING TO COST INCLUDING TAX AND SHE TOLD ME $22 AND S... view moreOME CHANGE. I SAID OK BUT THEN WHEN SHE RANG ME UP MY TOTAL WAS $24.79. I WAS A LITTLE CONFUSED AS TO WHY THE PRICE KEPT CHANGING BUT I HAD NO CHICE BUT TO PAY SINCE THE OIL WAS CHANGED. I JUST WANT PEOPLE TO BE AWARE THAT THEY ARE PUTTING THESE COUPOS OUT TO GET PEOPLE TO COME BUT THERE ARE NO REAL SAVINGS. Excellent Service

I went over there because a friend recommend me, and I love the service, all the employees are so nice. I went to check something that in other mechanic shop told me it will cost me a lot of money, but they fixed my car with less money, they did a good job and they have good prices...really a nice place to go fix my car and do my oil changes...I will keep going and recommending it to my friends...

Definately Good Service

I have been customer already for a few years and I won`t change it, the service is fast, they let you know everything on your car, is not like those places they just do the oil change for you and they do not check the car, they check safety issues and I am happy with the friendly service. The prices for major jobs are reasonable and the job is done always on time.

Finally found a reliable and affordable place to take my car

I went to this place after a friend recommended and i have to say after that my car stop the noise sound and it has not given me trouble again, that was 3 weeks ago. I sent my brother last week and he got a better price for the brakes his car needed.
Very reliable and affordable service. I will keep sending my family and friends there.

RIPPED OFF!

I was visiting my grandparents and they said their car was towed to this place (70.00). They said they needed a new battery after they fixed the alternator not even a month ago. The tow truck driver never even attempted to jump the car. I went to Sears (a reputable business) and they said the battery was fine. This place will take your money. DO NOT COME HERE!

Different Experience

I went to the dealer, they told me that I need a bunch of stuff, and I have to spend a lot of money, a friend told me about them, now I know that I won`t go to any other place. I am happy withtheir service, they told me what I really need to be done in my car and they give my car back on time.

Dissatisfied Loyal Customer

I am a loyal customer to USA Auto Care for quite some time; until now. I went there to see why my ""Check Engine"" light came on. After performing an Engine Diagnostic, they informed me that I needed 1) a fuel system clean (which I got earlier in the year), 2) air filter (which I knew I did not after getting an oil change the week prior), 3) spark plugs (which I knew they were still new after only 1 1/2 years of us... view moree). Furthermore, when I asked to get a copy of the diagnostic check, they said their computer does not hook up to their printer. When i asked them if I could see the results on the computer screen, they said it has been already cleared. So I do not even know if they did an Engine Diagnostics or not. I was forced to believe them. On top of all that, they took exactly 3 hours to perform a tire rotation and change the ignition coil. As I said, I am not going to waste my time there anymore. I suggest you do the same.
