Lucky for One Star
My family and I had been having work done here for years and we have recieved as advertised results. Until the last vehicle we brought in. It was not fixed correctly, the paint is chipping of the freshly painted parts. Damage was incurred on the car while there. It took a full month to get my car back. This is only the start. I called after over a week and a half of hearing nothing and was told it was almost done. He... view more gave me specifics like the bumper and new hood was installed. I had some business in that area so I stopped by. Nothing had been touched on the car. When I questioned him about it, Tye, the owner, got irate and walked away while I was questioning him. So I called my insurance company to get on him about it. So finally a month later its ready. I get there, and there is damage on the car that wasn`t there. I question him about it. He says yea I noticed that, that sucks basically. I stated it wasn`t there before the accident. He argued. I asked him if it was in his report, he said no. I said I`m not taking the car until its repaired corectly. He said ""Is that the way you want to play it?"". And so on and so forth until he thew his hands up and said ""Whatever"". This is when the disturbing calls started. He told me to tell the insurance company it was there before the accident on a phone call on my way home from his shop. I don`t think so. Then, a few days later, he called and said my adjuster stated that there were pictures that the adjuster had taken that proved they were pre-existing. My adjuster hadn`t spoken with him. The lies and the attitude were completely contradictory to the repair shop`s name of ""Professional."" The way he was just blowing up with a customer, a repeat customer, who does that?
