Thinks women are idiots & knows nothing re: imports

Not recommended !! This place thinks women are idiots and will fall for anything a mechanic tells them. They also talk degrading to women as soon as I walked in the manager was talking negatively about a past young female customer. I took a BMW in for a belt change ONLY as my car was starting to make the typical belt noise. They advertised a special which was a SCAM as the $45 belt change ended up being $400 and... view more that is when I told them NOT to do anything else to my car & I am not spending $1600 on an older car without a 2nd opinion. Good thing as they lied about a radiator, hoses and other items. Oh and BTW they did not fix the belt issue as the noise got louder and louder. I took the car back when it was making the noise and the managers refused to talk with me & they sent a younger guy out. Thankful they did as he told me off the record that this was NOT the place to fix a BMW and I was best served taking it to an import place. (which I did and it was the belts and pulleys, that mechanic also advised if they knew anything about imports they would have known this and they placed me at a great risk as if the belt and pulley system failed, after they messed with the belts, I could have severe engine damage, and be left stranded somewhere) * Side note, unfortunately Brandon FL is terrible for mechanics as Olin Mott a little better but missed major items and Bergman`s also a BMW mechanic missed a major item though they weekly bothered me with harassing emails to do other work

NOT RECOMMENDED!! Go somewhere else!

I purchased 4 new tires and have been going back for the free tire rotation. Each time I go in they tell me that I need brand new tires (which clearly I do not) and that the tires on my car are the wrong ones. It`s funny because they are the ones that recommended them and now they are trying to tell me that I have the wrong ones on the car. They make up new excuses each time I tell them that the tires were recomme... view morended by their shop. In addition, they tell me that there are 6 other things wrong with my car when there isn`t (like most mechanics do to make an extra dollar). I finally found an an honest and reliable mechanic (Express Oil Change on Lithia Pinecrest-found them after the tire purchase) and they say there is nothing wrong the car. I made the mistake of going to Long Tire. Also, my wheels come with a wheel lock for the lug nuts.....well they lost the wheel lock so they replaced the lug nuts with generic ones. Of course I didn`t realize this until I was trying to find my lock when I was taking the tires in for rotation. I will NEVER use them again....for anything!!!!

DONT USE!!! CHECK BBB!!

Rude staff!! Went for tune up and tore my air intake connector and refused to fix. Store manage flipped me off as we exchanged words. Check BBB before you use them!!! Almost all bad entries. Don`t use!! Firestone on 60 is honest and trustworthy. This place is full of crooks!!
