One of the Rudest places I`ve encountered

I was SHOCKED my the way I was treated by this company. Mike was extremely rude. My mothers car was towed to her unknowingly driving without a license. I asked that the $25 fee charged after 3:30 p.m. be waived since I can only get there by 4 o`clock to get her car out of tow. He said he is storing the vehicle and will not at all. I asked why he had to be so rude and he claimed that it is not his job, he is to colle... view morected money, it`s not his problem. I thanked him and hung up.
