I can`t speak on behalf of this dealer as a whole, but there`s one person you need to stay away from if you ever do business at South Motors Mazda: Shawn M Heath. I almost closed a deal with him, but I was always a little iffy about his character. Well, it turns out that he`s just another overly aggressive car salesman that lacks class and professionalism. When I ultimately finalized a deal with a different car dealership, I emailed Shawn to thank him for his time and assistance. I thought it was the courteous thing to do. Well, I guess Shawn can`t handle defeat in a gracious manner. When he found out I bought a car elsewhere, his true colors came out. He sarcastically says: "Sorry you decided to pay too much and pay more at another dealership." Really, Shawn? I`m trying to end things on a positive note and this is what you write to me? The best part is that he then says: "My time was wasted!". Wow?ˆ¦excuuuuse me for wasting your time. Who the hell wants to do business with someone like that? I can honestly say that I`d much rather pay more elsewhere than ever work with Shawn. Please remember that when you buy a car, you`re also buying into a partnership. Think twice about Shawn M Heath. He`s just not worth it.

Do Not Trust This Dealer!!!!!!! Stay Away!! Go Elsewhere!!! Worst Car Sales experience ever!!! I recently went to SM to purchase a Mazda2. My experience with them was less than perfect. In all honestly some of the sales people were nicer than others. With car salesman however you can never really tell if they are being sincere or not. I didn`t like the sales tactics used by this dealer. When I explained I wante... view mored to stay within a specific payment range I was encouraged to go over that range. The reason being I was "young and going places. I would not always make the same amount of money that I am making now". I did not appreciate being encouraged to live beyond my means by this dealer. As part of closing the deal I requested the dealer throw in the integrated Bluetooth that would be an option on the Car. The Sales Manager agreed to my terms and said he would throw in the Bluetooth I wanted. It wasn`t till after I signed the paperwork I was shown the Bluetooth I was going to be given. A cheap looking Motorola Bluetooth that you can get on Amazon for $30. Why on earth would I close the deal on a car based on getting a free $30 item. I have since tried contacting the dealer in the hopes they can at the very least give me a small discount off the install for the integrated blue tooth. They have ignored my emails. The Finance Portion of the sale was not pleasant either. I was allowed to leave without even being told what bank I had been approved with. Lesson learned NEVER do this. I am not saying SM intentions were bad however you should not be allowed to leave without something this important being finalized. In closing please go elsewhere when shopping for a car! Our experience was terrible. They never rotated our tires!! We talked to the service manager and then to the manger of this dealership. All bad; they would never answer our questions! Below are the questions. We spent one month trying to get answers . We have had Mazda`s for 25 years. We now have a 2010 Mazda 3. We are rethinking if we will continue buying Mazda. I was checking other reviews and noted that Daniel G. also was amazed that is his full circle went very bad concerning his tires??????????? What is up with this dealer? Monica as you can see the questions below are the ones never answered! Mr. Prieto; please answer the questions below. I want to give you every opportunity before going to Monica at the executive office. I hope we can work things out. So that being the case according to your department means that in the next 5000 miles even though everything was wearing evenly; the front tires all of a sudden started wearing more; so much more, that they are finished and thread showing? For some unknown reason? No pulling at all so alignment was good. What could have happened? Your head man Mr. Morales said that the tires on our car are only good for 15,000 miles; is that correct? I am not a specialist so forgive the questions. Mr. Morales said they are high performance factory tires and do not last very long? I will check on the net if that is true but can you give me some insight? Why are you not responding to questions I had asked? I will ask again. If the tires were rotated and the service dept. did their job then why were we not alerted to uneven wear on the tires? That is my biggest question? Is that not part of full circle? If indeed we were alerted something could have been done I am sure so that the front tires would not be thread bear and the back still be good?
