If I could assign a negative rating, I would. DO NOT SEND THIS COMPANY A DEPOSIT...THEY WILL NOT RETURN IT IF YOU DON`T BUY FROM THEM!!! I submitted a $1500 deposit on July 19, 2013 so that they could bid on a vehicle for me. In the meantime, I found a car at another dealership and let Wholesale Auto Network know that I was moving forward with that purchase. The Sales Manager said that they`d gladly refund ... view moremy deposit...all I had to do was fax over a form stating such. I faxed over the form and was told everything was in order. Over the next four weeks, I was misled, lied to, etc about the status of my deposit. Eventually, the Sales Manager emailed me to say that she no longer worked for the company because she "...didn`t agree with the way the owner does business." Luckily, she let me know the owners name is Jason Coatney and provided me with his cell phone number. Jason answered my first call, but hasn`t answered/returned any since that time. This place is an absolute fraud. I`ve filed complaints with the BBB, the Federal Trade Commission, the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, and the Attorney General`s Office. Obviously, I`m going to file suit against Jason Coatney and Wholesale Auto Network to get my deposit refunded to me. The former Sales Manager emailed me today to say that Jason isn`t worried about the BBB because all they do is score companies and that my best bet was to file the complaint with the DMV. She also said that I`m the third person to file a complaint with the DMV and that he is the only one "employed" at WAN. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THIS GUY...IT IS A SCAM.
