The sales staff was friendly enough. Financing was seemingly no big deal until days 2 and 3, when it was revealed that I would not be purchasing the extras (gap insurance and extended warranty) the finance agent recommended. No more smiles and a higher interest rate... really? I can`t imagine why an interest rate on my loan would be linked to my choice of whether or not to get an extended warranty, but that`s what he... view more told me. He continually tried to get me to sign papers with a car payment higher than I was comfortable with. Overall, he was unprofessional and rude. I told my salesman about the experience and thought I would get a call from management about my experience. Nothing. After two weeks of stewing on the treatment, I called to speak to the manager of the dealership. I was assured I would be called back the next day to discuss the issue. Two days later and still no returned call. I will not be taking my vehicle there to be serviced. I have removed their advertisement stickers from my car. I will never recommend anyone to them for sales. After hearing about my crappy experience, my friends won`t be returning there for service either. The dealership has had ample opportunity to, at the very least, APOLOGIZE for Jeremy`s behavior and haven`t. My only recourse at this point is to write reviews and never go back. Buying a new car should be fun; it should be a pleasure... this was not my experience with John Lee Nissan-Mazda.

John Lee Nissan, A new friendship
In all the years that I have bought a car from other dealers, I have never met a more friendly place. I was greeted with a hand shake and bought to the man (Jack Benny) right away. I felt I had known everyone there all my life. I went in not really looking to buy a car right away but Jack went to work on the numbers and gave me the best deal I have ever had owning a new car. John Lee Nissan, Respect, Ingtegrity and Honesty
First of all I will say everyone at John Lee Nissan is extremely friendly and you feel you belong there right away. I heard all the advertising about the great year end blow out deals on 2010 Altimas, great rebates, 0% Interest and John Lee`s lifetime warranty. I`ve always been a huge Nissan fan because of the quality, longevity and value retention. The sale was so successful that by the time I could get there, they ... view morewere out of 2010 Altimas. Ron Morris was my salesman and he kindly offered me a 2011 for a great deal. I explained that I wanted to take advantage of the great incentives. So Ron went to work and found me a 2010 and it was just what I wanted. Blaire Bussey also searched everywhere for the best interest rates since I didn`t qualify for the 0%, instead of taking the first approvals with the higher rates, Blaire was tenacious in getting me a super low credit union rate. It took a couple days to finish the deal, however Blaire and Ron were in constant communication with me. So now I`m the proud new owner of a 2010 Altima and will be getting a new Maxima next.. ""Better Than Brand New""
Recently and unfortunately, an inattentive driver of a Jeep Cherokee ran a solid red light and crushed my ""brand new"" Miata MX-5. While I am still eternally grateful that I was able to walk to the ambulance, I couldn`t bear to look at my once beautiful vehicle. I was convinced it would never look the same, it wouldn`t feel the same, nor would it drive the same. To my delight, ""Billy"" and ""Monty"" at John Lee Nis... view moresan/Mazda Body Repair assured me my vehicle would be ""better than brand new"". The day I was dropped off by the rental car rep, I was apprehensive!! It was all for nothing. Billy and Monty were right!! My Miata looked as it did the day I picked it from the showroom floor. They even apologized for keeping it for so long, awaiting parts. Are you serious? They could have kept it for six months and I would not have expected ""perfect"" results! These guys are ARTISTS and my Mona Lisa continues to smile!! I would recommend them for all major body work on any vehicle, or if you want minor dings and scratches removed. They will handle your car with kid gloves!! Zoom-Zoom!! P.S. Mr. John Lee has got the highest quality operation with a crew of professionals that`s bar none, in the panhandle!!
