Honest and to the point service

I can`t believe there are only 3 reviews for this place!! This place is a gem in the crowded world of tranny places to take your vehicle. Typically you`re not sure how the facility will be, will they take advantage of you because you don`t know squat about transmission, or will they be honest. These guys were top notch from the beginning. When it was towed there, within 1 hour I had a quote. Not ""this is what we`ve seen so far, we`ll have to dig deeper to find out if there are any more issues,"" but what the problem was and the EXACT price. I mean, EXACT!! And ""not a penny more or less"" is what I was told. Being burned in the past with quotes that somehow skyrocketed, I was reserved about the quote. It wasn`t until I saw the bill that IT WAS TRULY the quote (plus taxes), not a penny more or less. I was truly surprised!! Now about the place and the job they did. Again, this place was top notch. First the place. Your vehicle is behind a secured, fenced in area that`s closed even during working hours. The stainless steel workshop benches were clear of clutter and greaseless. The shop didn`t have blaring music and mechanics yelling at each other. It was a calm place with mechanics working together. The cars in the lot were all on the ground (not jacked up or missing tires, etc) and did not have layers of dust as if they`ve been there for months. Now for the work. I don`t have that many stories to compare it to because this is actually my first time having transmission work. But my friends that have had tranny work said that the vehicle would leak and not be the same after a tranny job. Well, I`m here to say that there were no leaks and the job they did was very clean. The tranny sounds fine and seems to shift better than I`ve ever felt. The vehicle is a 99 Toyota Land Cruiser with 179k miles on it. I feel I can get this truck to about 300k plus with the work they did. If you`re considering this place, don`t hesitate. Their website may be a little outdated, but once you meet the guys there, you`d be pleasantly surprised at the facility and the people that work there. Real top notch people. And by the way, most of the dealerships in town use them if they can`t do the work themselves. Work with them directly, they are honest and will give you the best service.

Great Transmission Service

I took my 1992 Lexus SC400 to Jetso about 2 months ago because, my transmission was no longer working. They fixed my transmission in about 3 days. They were honest about there work and charged a fair price. I strongly recommended them to anyone that needs transmission work done. I give Jetso a 5 out of 5 stars.

BMW M3 6MT Replacement

My BMW M3 transmission needed to be replaced and these guys were exceptionally honest in setting expectations, time frames, and expectations. The price was right (and told up front) and there wasn`t a single point of contention through the already stressful situation of needing a replacement of this caliber. Best Transmission Rebuild

I needed my autotransmission rebuilt due to complete slippage in the second gear on my 1989 Mazda RX7 with 130,000 miles.
