$700 fee for basic service + b...
Summary: incomplete service, very unprofessional, no repeat business, no referrals, poor review. $700 fee for basic service + blinker fix. Problems encountered: 1) claim of prior BMW m/c service experience, yet he had no oil filter wrench. John unwilling to purchase $10 tool; thus oil filter not installed with new oil. I don`t agree with his opinion that the bike really doesn`t need an oil filter, 2) fairing panel br... view moreoken while at his shop [speculation that part may have been previously compromised]; $100 discount applied to service fee yet total cost to buy part, paint, install exceeds $300, 3) bike left shop with tires low on air, bike not clean. 4) no service stamp provided, i.e. no closure to my service book. John unwilling to provide or explain why. When I inquired about this item, I received rude text comments, basically blowing me off. Same day telephone conversation saying I should add service entry into the book myself, and then hung up on me when I said this was unacceptable. Consider yourself warned.
