Came to this place to look at a mk5 gti and walked away with a miata. Showroom and staff are nothing less than professional and efficient. They go out of there way to make you feel as comfortable and make the experience as pleasant as possible. Spanos Motors is an amazing organization, from the top guys (Founders Vic & Alex Spanos) to the Sales Team (Dean, Mike or Dustin are all excellent) to their Service Dept., you will be very satisfied with them from start to finish. I am not one to complain but feel I must in regard to the service rendered me by Spanos Auto Sales. I was disappointed to find that there was a floor mat missing on my new Lexus, so asked to have one provided. Instead of giving me a matching high quality mat, Spanos gave me a cheap 30, non-logo mat, that didn?ˆ™t even match the others. I bought a 328i from these guys and could not be happier!! When I took it to the BMW dealership for inspection they told me it looked "better than brand new" gracias Spanos!!

Instead of asking me for a good review about their dealership, they asked me for a review that bashes their competitor, Spanos! I was so upset I left and went to-you guessed it- Spanos! Buyer Beware

Drove from a far distance to deal with this dealership and this whole process took three long days as they kept putting other customer ahead of me. Everything at first was great, the final day when it came down to do the paperwork they told me an approval was ready and gave me details as to how much my payment would be and what the required down payment was on two cars i selected. I just had to now pick the car. ... view more Finance manager told me he had sent my loan in with both cars. I asked on the car that would give me better monthly payment if I could take down to a local Mercedes Service Tech to have it checked out. Elite Servicing down the street, specialize in Mercedes. Salesmen said no problem, but then I watched the owner, sales manager and salesmen all huddle together in closed door office only to be told that the bank had raised the rates and fees on all my deals all of a sudden. I suspected something fishy so I played along and said ok, well whats new payment........salesmen sheepishly looked down and motioned for me to walk outside and talk. Said deal was off, that it was my credit. I asked about what new payment was as I had been approved with other banks....he just mumbled, deals off. Everything was fine, they were ready to swipe my credit card for the deposit until I asked if it was ok to have the car looked at and then the friendliness died in a second. Stay away from this dealer, something is up with their cars, easy to see where they have painted over parts of the car. BTW went to a Fields BMW on my way home and was approved in less than an hour and picked out a new car to purchase......guess it wasnt my credit!!!!
