Lack Of Pride And Care In Work
I brought My vehicle in because I hit a deer. I needed a new quarter panel and work to the bumper and headlight. When I pick up my vehicle I didn`t notice that the front grill, the quarter panel did not align with the hood, and the headlight was out alignment. I had to bring my car back a week later and taken hour and a half out of my day for them to tell me, yes it needs to be adjusted.
After dropping the vehicle o... view moreff and picking it back up a second time, I noticed that they have created some new scratch and scuff marks on my vehicle.
I saw no care in their work and a lack of management oversight. You would be better off driving to another body shop on the main land.
