Poor Service

I took my car to Denunzio about 8 months ago because it wouldn`t start. They replaced the ignition control module, along with new spark plugs. About 4 months later the car started to run very rough, and there was an extreme lack of power. I decided to take the car to a different mechanic, who told me that the wrong spark plugs had been installed. Since denunzio installed the wrong spark plugs it caused my ignition co... view moreils to "burn up" (costing about $400). I spoke with the owner on this matter, and he was somewhat understanding (but refused to make things right in anyway). His brother on the other hand was extremely rude and down right disrespectful. In short, if you value good customer service and competent work, take your car to another mechanic.
