THE WORST DEALERSHIP!!!
HORRIBLE !!!!!! I am VERY displeased with the level of service i recieved and the lack of concern for that experience from the GM and Owner. I had my BMW at the body shop after it was backed into by a moving truck. I had about 3000.00 worth of work done, and another 1000 dollars in damage while it was at the shop, that they refused to admit they did. I picked up my car after having a new valance put on it, and discov... view moreered they had dented my fender and destroyed the wood grain on the door. When I spoke to Rob Vesey the body shop MGR, he denied the whole thing, I then called the GM ""Tellie"", he will not return my calls and they refuse to make this right.I also stopped at the dealership, and he refused to see me. I am filing a suit against them due to the damage they did to my car. i have had several BMWs and was in negotiations with a sales person (Barbara Beasley) to buy a new one ( 55k new one!!) I WILL NOT be buying from them now. I also had a list of parts that i had the shop order for me, (789.00 worth) and a service appt scheduled for a 100k service, all fluids and filters changed, with new front and rear brakes (2200.00 ) I wont be keeping that appt either. This was a big mistake on the GMs part, this mistake cost your dealership.... about 58K (New Car/ parts/ service). Pretty stupid move!! Do yourself a favor dont get your car fixed, serviced, or buy a new car from these guys...THE SERVICE AND MGT SUCKS!!! I have always been given the white glove treatment at every BMW dealership, execpt this one!!!! I will tell everyone i can about this experience....Shame on you guys! For people who are thinking about using this dealership, keep reading im not the first person this is happened to. Please also look at the ratings at YELLOW PAGES they have damaged several cars. The dealership currently has a couple of suits pending as well for these damages. Do the research...STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!! SPREAD THE WORD ...I WILL !! Send your complaints to corporate...STOP THESE GUYS NOW BMW of North America, LLC 300 Chestnut Ridge Road Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07675 Call 1-800-831-1117 for Customer Relations

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ...
THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! I took My 325CI to this dealership, it has been babied for years, and it is in great condition....well untill they did 1092 dollars worth of damage and refuse to fix it! I brought it to them when some one backed into me, to have the valance fixed. 3000.00 dollars later and 2 weeks later i finally got my car back. when i went to pick it up i noticed in replacing the door actuator ... view morethe mechanic had broken all of the wood trim on the door, so i addressed the damage and was told..."we didnt do it"... They also left my car outside and it recived a dent in the front left fender. when asked about this the body shop MGR Rob Vesey said ..."we arent responsible for that".. So i tried to contact the GM.."Tellie" , i left him 3 messages, and stopped by the dealership personally to talk to him. He would not see me or return my calls. The Owner John Bush, seems to do nothing but rebute all of the bad reviews and never fix the problems. (see Google reviews) This is the theme at this dealership. DO NOT use these guys for service, body work, or buy a car from them!! You can get better prices else where! You can get the service as well that you expect after paying 50K plus on a car. Before you make a mistake and deal with these guys, please read all of the reviews...these guys are SUB par ....At best..

Terrible customer service. Wen...
I would not recommend doing business with this dealer or taking your car in for repair. They have terrible customer service and mechanics. I went into the dealership to have them diagnose why the heater in my Mazda 3 was only working sometimes and not others. The guy at the service counter called my phone (while I was in the waiting room) and told me that I had a coolant leak. Mind you I have NO overheating problems... view more and NO CEL for this "problem" that they said I had. Needless to say the guy told me that if I fix the hose myself because it is leaking from a small hole that it is only $17 from the parts store across the street. I told him NOT to do any work to my car and that I would take care of it myself. He proceeded to say that they will wash my car and call me again when it is ready. He called me back to the register and proceeded to tell me that I had to pay for the coolant that they added to my car and an hour of labor totaling to over $100 after I did not authorize any work to my car. They were only supposed to "diagnose" a problem. I signed the paper to get my keys back and by the time I got back to my house and parked my car, I had a giant puddle of coolant under my engine and it was less than half full. My car had no over heating problems or a CEL light before I went to Mazda but I find it funny that they said I had this problem and I refused their service so when I get home, I actually have the problem. My boyfriend ended up replacing the hose for me that he had extra laying around the garage and put coolant in it. The problem that Mazda made had to be fixed that day because they made the coolant leak. This is a scummy place of business. Do not trust them with your car to perform any work. Read more reviews if you don`t feel like this is convincing enough. They don`t call them car stealerships for nothing.

HORRIBLE SERVICE - TRIED TO BLACKMAIL ME!!!
Had my window shattered during a lock out by JT Hookers Towing/Fender Menders in Charleston, SC. They didn?t fix the window properly and it didn?t shut ? leaving a gap large enough to stick my finger in the window. When I returned to Florida and had MANY phone calls/complaints to various entities Tom Bush BMW service manager Brian Noell called me and said he?s spoken to Fender Menders/JT Hookers Towing in Charleston.... view more Brian said JT/FM was now willing to fix my window. I brought my car in. When TB removed door panel, window broke again as JT Hookers/Fender Menders broke mechanism in door to control window; it was merely sitting in door attached to nothing. Could have shattered while I was driving. TB ordered new window & discovered JT Hookers/Fender Mender didn`t put all door parts back in. TB had to order another part & told me who ever attempted to replace my window had no idea what they were doing. 2 days later Brian Noell called and said my car was ready but it would ONLY be returned if I signed a liability waiver releasing JT Hookers/Fender Menders. As they had yet to replace my leather console that was also ripped up ? I refused. Furthermore why is Tom Bush now involved and telling me this?!? AND none of this was EVER relayed to me BEFORE I initially brought the car in. Brian said JT Hookers/Fender Mender now refused to pay TB (after they?d already spoken & agreed to pay) unless I sign waiver. Brian refused to give me back my car unless I pay for the broken window that Tom Bush broke along with the parts to fix door/window. If I didn?t pay ? he said he was going to remove the window and only then give me back my car ? keep in mind I drove in with a fully intact window. I told him that was blackmail ? a federal offense. Brian then said ""Listen lady, I`m not going to take the crap from u the guy in SC took!"" I hung up, called a Sr VP @ BMW North America Executive offices in New Jersey & explained what had happened. JT Hookers/Fender Mender called me. Insisted I sign waiver stating they didn`t have to do any more work on car. Reminded them they still hadn`t fixed center console AND what he was doing was black mail. Within 2 hours - finally had my car. Whether it was me threatening to file federal charges for blackmail or Sr VP at BMW who stepped in I don`t know. Either way - DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Positive reviews about this place on this & other sites are suspected fake posts by Tom Bush BMW. Very blatant when great review comes along after bad review AND when great review comes from person who has never provided a good or bad review before or since. People don?t comment once on one company and leave. They comment all the time. Also Dealer Rater is a paid service by the dealership. Tom Bush monitors and ONLY post positive reviews. As I have a TON of automotive marketing experience I`m well aware of Dealer Rater and their practices.

Nightmarish Incident
Retrieved my car a week later after having been promised two day service only to find that the car barely made it out of the parking lot home. Brought it back the next day, had the service guy test drive it and put it on the rack. Service guy says it has two bent rims and that`s why it`s running so badly. Made it sound like it came in like that and sent me home. I emailed the service manager who told me to come i... view moren the next day. He asked me what I wanted to do. He also had the attitude that the rims had already been bent when I brought it in and that he had no choice but to placate me for fear of bad publicity. I told him that since the rims were not new (5 year old car at time) that I would settle for the rims to be remanufactured. Two weeks later, both rims are fixed (lousy job), but at least they are straight. Never felt right, so I purchased a new aftermarket set. In retrospect, I should have asked for all new wheels and tires. I had heard horror stories from others about this agency and that employees would sometimes drive cars after hours. Looks like they did this to my car and drove over some curbs. A friend who had a BMW 750, subsequently purchased a Mercedes just to avoid having to get his car serviced here. I can no longer trust this dealership.
