I have to tell you..... John fixed my brakes today, and they work better than they ever have! My truck stops on a dime! I was referred to him by a friend who used him, and thought he was good. He quoted me 1/2 the price of the dealership to do more work! I can`t tell you how much I appreciate your work..... You saved me lots of $$$! Contact Caylors for all your car repairs!

Caylor Automotive fixed my car! I had a brake job and tune up done.... much cheaper than a dealership, and much more convenient! John came to my house, worked in my driveway, and got me running by lunchtime. He did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone!

I`ve used John`s service many ...

I`ve used John`s service many times for both my and my wife`s vehicles over the past few years. He has always done a good job at a fair price, even more so considering he comes to you, and either works at your location or takes your car for free back to his place. I`m very skeptical about the review calling him dishonest, since on more than one occasion he has offered to NOT get paid when things didn`t work out. O... view morene time my car refused to recreate the issue it was having earlier, and so he had nothing to analyze. He was going to leave without charging me anything (despite driving all the way to my house and spending time to look at the car) until I insisted to pay him something for his time. On another occasion after performing an oil system pressure test and replacing a sensor on my wife`s car, he determined that the problem was a complex electrical system and wiring issue causing an incorrect warning to flash on the dashboard. He said he didn`t have the specific expertise to do that type of electrical work, and felt so bad about not being able to solve the problem that he later offered to refund what he had charged for the work he did. We of course declined the refund, as what he did was necessary to be able to determine that there was not in fact a severe oil system problem, which was later confirmed by a Volvo specialist. He is one of only two mechanics I`ve used in my life that I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Stole my deposit, never provided invoice, couldn`t finish the job

Caylor`s Mobile Automotive Repair can`t be trusted. I was required to put up money for a deposit on parts - the parts were never purchased and my deposit was never refunded. The &quot;company&quot; has no money and operates out of a driveway. Months waiting for a return call or email and now I`m stuck filing a small claims case in court because John Caylor spent my deposit and doesn`t a few hundred bucks to r... view moreefund a paying customer. I was never provided an invoice for the labor and the price jumped every time we spoke. His paperwork is even done on old Tire Kingdom receipt paper that he has stolen from a previous job. This crook makes all other proud, honest, Christian owned companies look bad.

These Guys are Great!!!

I called them at 3:15 in the afternoon and by 5:30 when I was leaving work my car was fixed and all I had to do was make the call. John and Shawn were very helpful and friendly - they explained all repairs. The cost was more affordable than going to a local repair shop. I would recommend them to anyone that is pressed for time and is looking for an honest mechanic!
