Steve, the owner, was great. My driver`s side A/C was/is having issues. I showed up at 3 in the afternoon, and he was nice enough to squeeze me in right away. After draining and recharging my A/C, he didn`t even charge me for the service. Instead he told me to drive around for a few days and see if that solved the problem. Unfortunately, it did not so I called and he got me in as soon as he could. I left my ve... view morehicle for diagnostics, and he called and told me he thought he knew the problem, but his computer wasn`t talking to my car. So instead of going to town on my vehicle, he told me it`d be a better idea to go to a dealer with the factory computer and find out exactly what the problem is. Bottom line, he (and his staff) are all top notch. He could`ve charged me an arm and a leg on two separate occasions. But instead, he charged me nothing since he couldn`t solve the problem. He is a very honest individual and I think I`ll look to him first for any future vehicle maintenance issues. Thanks again Steve, I hope you read this and understand how much I appreciate your help. Excellent professional service

I went in because I had several lights regarding my brake system, and stabilizers. I clearly did not know what I was talking about but they were extremely patient with me and found out what was wrong with my car in a very timely manor.

This shop does a great job of taking care of customers. We have never had a long wait and have never had to go back after the vehicle has been fixed. We have used Emerald Coast Auto Repair at least a dozen times on different vehicles with great results every time.
