The worst service dept. i have...

The worst service dept. i have ever dealt with. i ve had Mercedes, Infiniti, and Toyota but my husband decided i needed a new Ss Camaro for my 25th anniversary. He had it built special for me , i waited patiently for three months. I eas thrilled with the car for the first three months. The fun ended there, the next 20 months were a nightmare of repeat trips to the service dept.We had engine problems for a year befor... view moree they agreed to change the lifters, they even went as far as telling us the noises from the engine were normal expansion noise. everything we had to have warranteed took at least two to three visits to get resolved. Never ever will we return to Ferman Chevrolet Tampa

Great customer service

I was highly impressed by Ferman chevy NO PRESSURE SALES ENVIROMENT which is a huge deal for us we went several places where we felt pressured pushed around or ignored and this was the only dealer that went way out of the way to make us happy (by the way avoid courtsey on sr 60 there aweful ) Jeremy was our sales person and I would go back in a heartbeat and refer anone i knew there very pleased will become a lifetim... view moree customer :)
