My nephew loaded our bike rack incorrectly...

My nephew loaded our bike rack and bicycles on the back of our wagon, but did not secure it enough. One hard stop and a bike pedal cracked the back glass. The glass had to be ordered, but I was still surprised how quickly you were able to get it and come install it for us. You guys are great.
