I`ve been bringing my two Nissan vehicles to Coggin Nissan at the Avenues for years and they have a stand out Service person named Jai that always makes me feel like a valued customer. I feel like Dealerships have a rep for being expensive service locations, but Jai always seems to find ways to give me deals and recently they cracked my windshield while replacing my wiper blades. Dishonest Used Car Department, Beware!

BEWARE OF THIS USED CAR DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!! Don`t waste your time with their used car department. They will give you a deal then take it away AS SOON AS YOU SAY YES and try to get more money from you. We worked out a deal with Mike Hanna today. After saying yes to the deal, he came back and said they could no longer do the deal anymore and that they would have to raise the price. We wanted the car and part of the deal was we were paying a thousand dollars OVER Kelly Blue Book and giving a trade in and receiving UNDER $1,500 for its market value. Sounds like the dealer was the HUGE winner in the situation. Yet, we were willing to take it and then Mike Hanna disrespectfully took the deal away. We are in our twenties. These guys act like they are getting you a huge deal and that they are twisting arms to lower he price, but when I was quoted an amazing deal they raised the price when I went to sign. One sales person gave me 3 different prices for the same car because he couldn`t keep track of his own lies. Each time he quoted me a larger price. I eventually bought a car from the coggin toyota, and it broke down in a week. The mana... view moreger told me its my responcibility to fix the engin on the car I just bought. I made the mistake of purchasing at this location!!!

That`s right, & a big mistake at that! I purchased a 2007 nissan Titan 4WD with a 7/70K ""Gold"" membership warranty. I recently took my truck in for service because the brakes are applying too much pressure causing the rotors to warp and premature brake pad wear. Much to my surprise ""Brake Caliper Malfunction"" is not cover under this expensive warranty?? If you want a Nissan Product, you don`t want it from this de... view morealership.
