went to sandy sansing nissan and they have the worst sales staff in the world. arrogant and rude, i`d recomment driving to daphne and buying from the dealer over there. at least they don`t lie about price and treat you like just another car sale. they tell you one thing and then they change the prices and make it look like your fault. worst buying expierence of my life. do not go here.

Bought a new car there on Monday.
Horrible experience!!!!! LOOK elsewhere. What they say they will do is not always true. Seems like a fuzzy math problem with me. Be very careful when they make an offer. What they agree too, may not be what you get.
I`ll never do business there again.

DO NOT PURCHASE ACCESSORIES FROM NISSAN
We purchased a 2011 Nissan Armada. I love my vehicle. This model did not come equipped with the DVD headrest so we decided to have them installed by the dealership. BIG MISTAkE!!! We were notified that the head rest were in so we drove to pensacola and dropped it off. We recieved a phone call that they ordered the wrong headrest, the stictching was the wrong color. so we picked up the vehicle and had to bring it back... view more the following week. The lady Jolie says to make it up to us she would deliver the car to our home with a full tank of gas. She did deliver it with gas and a DENT in the back. And now the DVD player doesn`t work. No sound in one and no picture or sound in the other. I called General Manager (Emory). Said he would see what he can do for me. That was Saturday. Today is Wednesday. No call. He said he would call Monday, HMMMM. Dent remover guy was suppose to be here at 10 am today. It is 12:30 no word. HMMMM. Jolie says I can bring my vehicle back to her she will repair DVD player. Really, Is she to be trusted???? This is my 3rd and last vehicle purchased from Sandy Sansing.

I cant say enough good things ...
I cant say enough good things about my salesman Pete Harrington. He treated me like a friend and didnt talk down to me because Im not a "car guy". they found a bank to work with me with a good finance rate and I have been driving my Altima for a year now. The service department is also top notch. they get you in and out again as quickly as possible and again the people are friendly. Best car dealer arround
I have been to a lot of car dealerships in my lifetime and I can say hands down that my experience at Sandy Sansing Nissan was the best Ive ever had. The salesman treated me like I was the most important customer he ever had even though the used car i bought was not expensive. SUCKS!!!!!
My husband and I just bought a used Hyundai Santa Fe (2005) from Sandy Sansing Nissan. We were told before we bought the car, by the salesperson, what our payments would be around. Later, I find out that they can`t tell you that! Only after they get all of the information can they tell you that. NEVER deal with a guy named KC.
