For the third time in four years I went to the dealership to have a battery replaced due to a "bad cell." In the previous two visits the whole incident was completed without charge (even though on the previous visit I had to wait two hours for the battery). Yesterday I was told that even though the battery was only two years old that I would have to buy a new battery because the warranty on the defective ... view morebattery was only good for a year and there was no pro-ration. When I pointed out that the battery actually had a 72 month warranty I was told that because my CAR`S 100K/72 month warranty had expired less than a year ago the battery installed two years ago only had a one year warranty. It made no sense and I left feeling the whole thing was a ripoff.

Don`t trust this car dealershi...

Don`t trust this car dealership, they are crooks., from the sales to the service. I went there to get a quote for service for my truck. I was told it would be $7500 to put injectors in my truck plus an Egr vavle . This was 3 months ago. I went in to the parts department yesterday. the service tech looked at me and said ," you haven`t fixed that junk yet," i`m a customer. He said," It`s only $4500. I t... view moreold him that he told me it was almost $8000, He said that he had done one for 4000 the other day. What they have a BLACKLIST. they want to charge me an extra three thousand dollars. the NEGRO is trying to survive to! They don`t give Military discounts, GMC does! When i brought the truck i got it off the wholesale lot, and got charged an extra $4000 after they found out i liked the truck. Don`t shop at this dealership unless you have an attorney.

Never buy a car here. The service & sales department are incompetent liars! Really? Putting a car through an ozone machine (or so you say) when all you REALLY needed to do was change an in cabin air filter???! REALLY? Buy a car here if you want to get ripped off and then disregarded not even a month later after the car starts to fall apart because they did a joke of an inspection before selling it.

BEWARE of this dealership!

My husband and I purchased a Cadillac back in April 2010. It is now July 2010 and our car has been in the shop atleast 5 times for seperate issues. The service representative, Jeff whom i have been dealing with has been nothing but friendly however he has only been allowed to do the minimum just to get my car up and going. I was sold on the fact that when we bought the car, no matter the reason the car was in the ... view moreshop, we would be provided a rental car. This is far from the truth. The gentleman driving the shuttle now knows me by name and knows exactly where i live. The only times we were provided a renatl were when the car was in the shop twice for over a week each instance. I am almost to the point of trading my new car in and dealing with a new dealership. BEWARE!

Don`t ever, ever take any GM product to this dealership for service. The owner Ric Davis, jr & Service Mgr Ric Davis Sr. obviously don`t value a customer that bought 2 vehicles from them.
