Great as a Whole

When I decided to spend my money to get an oil change I thought it would be nice to not have to wash or vacuum myself. So, I went to Tennis Garage, honestly the only reason why I went to the particular garage. But none the less roadside advertisment is due to this reason. $24.99 for oil change wash and vacuum, the techs who were there orginally were a very big help, great service, awesome timing! It took as long as... view more long as the oil change itself, 20mins flat. Great! They told me the carwasher was off that day, so I was to return the next day to redeem my carwash and vacuum as advertised. So upon my arrival, the very next day, the manager saying to me that, that the wash and vacuum offer had stoped last week. At first, anger, but to be told that I had paid for something an not to get what I paid for was frustrating! My orginal experince was great, but return an to denided what I paid for, on false pretence of advertisment. I myself won`t return because of this experince. Also in my opinion, the Manager was NOT complient until after I had to make the fuss over the matter. Customer Service is first in my mind, also in consumer services field of my profession also, and to be treated as such was not acceptable.

very trustworthy

I have taken my cars there on several occasions and these guys are honest and good at what they do. On several occasions I requested to have work done only to have them tell me it was not required. On one occasion I mentioned I was hearing noise from my brakes and asked to have them inspected and probably replaced. They ended up coming back to me and saying the brakes were fine and had about 50% of the life remain... view moreing instead of charging me anyway. It seemed when I took my cars other places I couldnt get out of these without spending 1k dollars. These guys are worth checking out.
