Ripoff
I called the other day to get a part and they told me they have it when i got there they didnt have it so they try to sell me a more expensive part and the guys they have there dont know what the hell they are doing this place used to have good part guys but now they have a bunch of new people that dont know anything about car parts they acted like they are doing me a favor i can go somewere else to get my part nexti... view moreme i will tell everybody i work with not to shop there.

good parts
good parts and good service as long as you dont talk to a guy named CHINO...HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN!! I DONT EVEN KNOW WHY ANYONE WOULD HIRE SUCH A NASTY OLD MAN!
YOU CAN DEFINATELY SHOP THERE AS LONG AS YOU STEER CLEAR FROM HIM!

Not Cheaper and nasty people
I called for an auto part price because I was told they were cheaper. They were not cheaper and their customer service sucks! If you dont speak spanish or very broken english, you defintely should not call or do business with them. It is like an insult to them that you actually speak to them in english. I dont know if I have become "demented" or not because the last time I remembered we were in AMERICA! I am hispanic... view more but I refuse to accept that they get upset with me because I spoke to them in English. They could of atleast asked if I could speak to him in spanish instead or put me on hold and transfer me to someone who actually speaks english.

Horrible customer service
The people there are completely rude. They are cheap, but doesnt give them the right to insult people over the phone. Manager was not helpful either. I rather pay 10.00 more at the well known auto part places like auto zone and adavance auto than to deal with rude people like these. I would not recommend them at all.
