My family has been in the rv industry for years. Their reputation is terrible. I am amazed that he remains in business with the stories I have heard come out of there. Save yourself some trouble and heartache and take your coach to a reputable establishment.

Beware, this is not just a rip off, but Freedom RV also causes serious damage to your RV! Most of the work is done by apparently non-interested men who are hired per hour. No quality control, no craftsmanship. After a quote of $ 600 we paid $ 1500 for some minor repairs. No problem was solved and the damage and extra costs amounted to thousands. To prevent further damage to our $250.000+ RV, I paid and I left. We had... view more a very bad experience with Freedom RV.

Although our friends had recommended Freedom highly, they had our RV for over two months and the work they did was substandard. They did a repair that required a small section of the Oak paneling to be removed and replace the paneling with unstained, unfinished plywood, lost light covers, warped doors on the below deck storage areas, left the RV at an angle ourtside when they weren`t working on it causing window lea... view morekage and delamination of the sides, got the carpet horribly dirty with oil stains broke the ladder going to the roof and ripped one of the door supports off. To say we aren`t happy with them is an understatement. Supposedly all this happened because one of their workers and a supervisor developed an attitude. Yet we were, because we couldn`t "prove" the damage was caused by them, the ones who suffered that costs. I wouldn`t take an anvil there to be polished...they`d screw it up some how.
