Very pleased with the results

We had been in a fender bender and went to Brickell Collision center as it is a facility that is recommended by State Farm Insurance. We had a very good experience there. First of all because of the work they did; you can not in any way tell that the car had been in an accident. The paperwork was easy to fill out, very seamless, and we were impressed with their timeliness and professionalism. Also, we found the prices very reasonable for the work they did. Would use them again.

Great repair facility

I got into my first accident and I had no clue what to do. I called my ins company and they gave me a list of shops to use and I picked Brickell Collision Experts due to the fact it is right by my house. When i walked in i was taken care of right aways. They got me my rental and told me not to worry about anything. I was updated daily on my repairs and told when the vehicle was going to be done. In fact they tol... view mored me it would be about a two week repair and they got it done for me in about a week and a half. I hope i never get into a accident again but if I do i will be calling Brickell Collision first.

WORST COMPANY EVER YOU ARE NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR

Who ever actually leaves a good review for this company must be part owner. Like the previous comments I just got my car back after they had it for ever and they stole my gps. They did a horrible job on the work. They are not professional at all.I hate this company. My suggestion which i will forever follow take it to the dealer. Very Bad

These guys charge cash only. You can see why when you pick up the car and see the results. It means you have no come back at them. Also stole $400 + in personal effects from my car whilst it was under their repair.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

I waited almost 2 Months for this front-end bumper repair?!?!?! Sounds unbelievable but I trusted the tow truck guy who recommended them since it was a state farm certified shop. After this horrible experience with MANY run-arounds and lies, I highly doubt they will be on state farms list after this mess. The painting was horrible. My car has a dent that was not there. BEST SERVICE EVER HAD

THIS SHOP WAS KIND, RESPECTFUL, AND THE PRICE WAS VERY RESONABLE... Worst Collision Repair Experience I Have Ever Had.

This company is really BAD. Quality of work is poor at best. But even worse they are quite happy to condone their employees STEALING personal effects from their customers cars while they are under repair. I lost over $400 of personal effects whilst undergoing a lousy $750 repair job (that wasn`t done very well.), which took them 3 days to complete..
