Everyone at Boca`s Best was fantastic! They helped my family out when my mom`s transmission started leaking. We were only visiting in Boca Raton and trying to get back home to Tampa. After a 3 hour stressful ordeal, I came in contact with Boca`s Best when they towed the car on a Sunday afternoon. First thing Monday morning, they assessed the leak, referred us to a reputable company to fix the transmission (saved us $... view more200 in the process!), towed our vehicle to that location, gave me a ride to my grandparent`s home, fixed other issues that arose the following day and even called me to make sure we got home ok! It is overwhelming to be out of town with such a major vehicle problem. It was such a vulnerable situation and Joe and his staff were amazing to us! I can`t thank them enough for their assistance and service and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Thanks again Joe!!

I have been taking my car to this establishment for over a year. I came across the "good luck" of finding this gem. Joe has taken exceptional car of my car as well as my wife`s. I am a AAA member and know how difficult it is to find honest and trustworthy companies here in South Florida. I have been so happy with all the help and "family" warmth that Joe and his staff provides.
I had been usin... view moreg another garage for many years and was offered by the AAA guy to take my car here when it broke down. I was offered a 10% member discount AND the reassurance that AAA stands behind them, so why not!?! When I was given my quote it was explained thoroughly and prices seemed fair. All my questions were answered honest and directly. Doing my diligence, I called my previous mechanic and quickly realized that the quote was very fair. Repairs were done and I`ve been going back ever since, great people.
After reading the review below I was compelled to make sure others knew that this is not the kind of service that I`ve experienced and find it far out of character. I would 100% recommend Boca`s Best to any one in the community. They are a great company!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP ...
NON_DISCLOSURE - OVER PRICED AND OVER BEARING
My car died after I had replaced the battery that day. I knew it must be the alternator. AAA came to jump the car but advised that I just have it towed to a AAA approved shop near by to have repairs. He advised I would receive 10% off from this company but said nothing about diagnostic costs. I called them the next morning, even though I was told they would call me. W... view morehen I finally spoke to someone who knew what was going on with my car he sounded annoyed with my questions. I wanted to know if they ran any other tests, to make sure it was in fact the alternator. With attitude he explained that they checked the voltage. (This test is done with a machine and it takes all of 2 minutes) After speaking with the man and being quoted $439.25 I decided it was best to call my regular car care shop. The man on the phone did not tell me about any fees when I told him I was going to call around for a quote. My regular shop guy warned that he believed that the alternator could potentially be fixed instead of replaced and quoted me at $239.32 even if it did need to be replaced. I called Boca`s "Best" up immediately to let them know that I would not be moving forward with repairs. I was greeted with ATTITUDE and told that I would be paying a $50 diagnostic fee (Which I was never told about )
As a business owner, I understand that time is not free, however, I was never told that there would be a "diagnostic" fee if I chose not to go with the repairs. I was treated rudely by the owner of the business (His name is Joe) - He spoke over me and passed me off to an uninterested teenage front desk girl to take my credit card information
I asked if he was registered with the Better Business Bureau and he said that yes, he was and I could file a complaint there. When I looked them up on the BB site, by phone number and address I could not find them
Reading other reviews I see this is not the first time Joe, the owner has spoken abrasively to a client and not the first time they have done repairs or charged with out getting approval.

I took my 2006 Kia Amanti, to Boca`s Best Auto Repair in September. before the shop had opened the secretary took my keys instead of making me wait for them to open so that I could get home before the storm started. I had already had an estimate from another shop to change the alternator and motor mount.
the owner had called me and told me that it needed two motor mounts. he gave me an estimate for $500.00 less ... view morethen the other shop had estimated. the work was done on my vehicle the day that he said it would be.
I will recomend this place to all my friends and clients in Boca.
to the guys at Boca`s Best Auto Repair
Thank you

My car died on Military Trail ...
My car died on Military Trail one evening and was taken on flatbed to Boca`s Best by AAA. Joe called me first thing the next morning to tell me what he thought might be going on and to ask for any background information on my car. I told him (after he said it was leaking oil) that I had recently had the oil changed at Jiffy Lube. He also told me about a #2 coil misfiring and sure enough - about 6-7 months ago - I ... view morehad the #1 coil replaced. My car was fixed that afternoon for a GREAT price. I will go back.

My car was vandalized yesterda...
My car was vandalized yesterday , and when I realized there was sugar in the tank , or close to the gas cap , I turned off the car and called AAA . the driver of the tow truck said he would take the automobile to a Certified AAA machanic . I was to get a estimate before any work was done . In the state of Fla. any automotive work over 50$ is supposed to have written authorzation . I returned a missed phone call at w... view moreork , so returning the call, I was told byJoe (the mechanic) that it was 300$ to get rid of the sugar , flush the lines.... He said he had already pulled the gastank and cleaned the lines , and that it would be another 300$ for a new fuel pump ..... I was flabbergasted . I asked him , you already fixed the car ? Then I said , with NO authorzation ??? I told him I was not sure I had that much money and would have to call him back . ruined my day , along with whatever else that was going on . Who does that .... BULLIES a Woman .... Unexceptable behaviour from a business , and what he said to me over the phone was rediculious . Basically threating me that I could not get my car today , that the guys that would be moving my car were the same ones that worked at his garage , and there was a 2 hour delay on travel , that basically I would not get my car today .... I don`t know about ya`ll , but I know that I would absoutly Never take my car there , nor would I ever have a nice thing to say bout Joe the mechanic ...
