I was referred to Bramart Jeeps & Auto Repair Plusss?ˆ¦ service by a guy who also owned a jeep. I have a 1995 Jeep Wrangler which had transmission problems. I have a great mechanic however at the time he was out of the country and I really needed to get my car fixed. I explained in detail the car problems and he suggested leaving my Jeep there, in order to replace parts of the transmission and the clutch. The job was supposed to take four days and the price for the job would cost me $1,250. I thought the price was reasonable so I agreed and left the car with Mr. George to be repaired. After four days he called and said the car was ready. I went to the shop to try the car, took it for a spin and noticed that first gear still had some issues so I told George about it and he replied that the problem was normal and it was due to having a brand new part. I BELIEVED him, PAID him and went on my way. My father in law took me in to pick up my car and coincidently he also has a 1994 jeep wrangler that needed to have the muffler changed. So he left his jeep and we left on my ?ˆ?recently fixed car?ˆ?. His car was ready in a couple of days so I took him to pick it up, he paid George $275.00. On his way home his car was turning off so when he got home he noticed that the muffler had not been replaced instead it was just the last piece that was changed (the one that sticks out) my father in law called George and told him about it so George said to bring it back instead he did not trust George and took the car to Midas paid again $270 On my way home I realized that the problems with the transmission were not only with first gear but also with fourth and fifth so I immediately called George and told him about the problem. He suggested to continue driving the car for a couple of days until the new parts adapted to the car. I drove the car for a whole week after that and it got worse. I called George again and he said to bring the car back which I did. He kept the car for 4 weeks !!!! And every time I would stop by he was very elusive and never had time for my car. After a month of keeping my car at the garage George called and said ?ˆ?your car is done?ˆ? went to pick it up, turned on the ignition and the gears felt ok however after the fourth day of driving I started to experience the same problems I took the car in the first place. Needles to say the guy ripped me off did not fix my car and now I have to pay a real mechanic to replace my transmission. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRAMART JEEP OR GEORGE TO ANYONE. MY CAR PART WAS NEVER REPLACED AND MY CAR IS IN THE SAME CONDITION OR WORSE THAN WHEN I FIRST TOOK IT IN. I WISH TO TAKE THIS GUY TO COURT OR REPORT HIM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO PREVENT HIM STEALING MONEY FROM HARD WORKING DECENT PEOPLE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BRAMART JEEP AND SERVICE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND SO WILL YOUR CAR.

I was told about this place by a friend. I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee which had a overheating problem. I went to there location and spoke to the owner &quot;George&quot; he checked my Jeep and told me I have a blown head gasket which is the reason that my Jeep is overheating. He gave me a price of $800 to fix the problem. I agreed to his verbal price and left my Jeep with him. I was told that this vehicle will... view more be ready with in 3 working days. I got no phone call from them so after the third day I went in there place. I saw my jeep with the head off and i guess it was being worked on. I was told that the head is at the machine shop and that it will be ready in two more days. I left there business and went back again in two days after calling first to make sure my jeep is ready. I got to there location and they took me in the office. I paid my bill of $800 plus taxes in cash. Mr George told me that the Jeep was running perfect now and that he tested it personally. Anyway, I believed him and left.... 20 minutes after leaving his place I noticed my Temp went to almost the red section and I immediately parked my jeep on the side of the road. Opened the hood and I could hear the water bubbling and could easily feel that the Jeep was overheating again.... I immediately called George and he told me to bring it back. I called AAA and got the Tow Truck to take the jeep back. The next day they called me and told me that the head gasket was again blown because the machine shop did not do a good head job...???? i am a very polite person... i again believed him and told him to just fix it and let me know when its ready.... after a whole week. They called me and told me the jeep is ready. I went in to pickup my Jeep and this time I wanted to let it run infront of there business for 20 min before i went on the highway. The jeep ran good for 10 minutes and then started to again overheat.... I got really MAD and told them to take a look... they told me they are closed now for the day (it was 5:30pm) and that they will look at it next day.... and they had no space so they had to leave the jeep outside... i called AAA again...and towed the jeep to the Pep Boys store down the street from them. There tech looked at it and without me telling him what happend. He told me.... that you have a bad thermostat. The cost was $30 for the piece and $55 to replace it. They also flushed my radiator (for extra $80) and got me back with my Jeep..... after that I had ZERO problems.......... My problem was a small thermostat and Bramart Jeep took advantage of me by not diagnosing the problem properly and making me pay $800 !!!! they are a MAJOR RIPP OFF !!! They dont have any information about jeeps !!! Do your self a favour and go find another mechanic !!!!
