WARNING-DISREPECTFUL, CONCEITED & THUGGISH LIARS are just a few words to describe this business owner and his son. Advertised $199 Viper Alarm installed and Window Tint starting at $79 most cars installed in local Sharp Saver magazine. When arrived at business establishment, it looks like a garage sale gone wild or possible an episode of "Hoarding:Buried Alive"-STUFF WAS EVERYWHERE. All accessories incl... view moreuded at least a $50 upcharge-Sal-an older, stubby, sorry-excuse for a man who claimed to be the best in the business-he was also bad-mouthing other establishments in the nearby areas. Advertised Viper alarm was now $249 in person-Sal claimed he needed to add door lock/unlock relay ($50 charge for a $6 item) and window tint was now $130 for 4-door sedan...Sal claimed $79 price is for 2-door pickup only. Also, Viper alarm would be substituted for a cheaper model Non-Viper model-very RUDE & DECEPTIVE business owner with the bait-n-switch method. When asked about ad pricing, Sal immediately got angry, started cursing, ordering us out of his store and rushing out to see my license plate as we drove away from his sleazy establishment. It should be noted we were the only customers there-thank God I had a witness with me since Sal claimed he will visit my home tonight-such THUGGISH behavior should be investigated by the BBB and these places should be shut down permanently. Sal also tried to physically attack me in the parking lot-old deceivers like this should be put down before they try to take advantage of the innocent public. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES.

Never Had A Problem

I am not affiliated or have any ownership in Sounds of Sunrise and I`m not sure exactly what kind situation the other reviewers had but I`ve been going to Sounds of Sunrise for quite some time and always found Sal the owner to be very helpful and friendly. Sure his shop is not exactly a designer showroom but I`ve always gotten fair prices from them. They are not the cheapest guys in town but price isn`t everything...... view more service has a lot to do with it. Listen Sounds of Sunrise has been in the same location over 15 years, sorry but I can`t say the same for a lot of other shops. IMO Sounds of Sunrise is a good place to buy a car stereo, auto alarm and window tint... again if your looking for cheap go to Brandsmart or some other major chain but if you want personal care and attention, go to Sounds of Sunrise. Dave their installer really goes the extra mile to make sure the installation is right.. I`ve never had a problem and if I did they fixed immediately and without charge.

Terrible Customer Service!!!!! Avoid

I simply wanted to buy an electric filter for my car audio system at Sounds of Sunrise when employee shouted at me. He might be a manager there. He has a thick European accent and gets mad every time someone walks in. The place looked like a messy backyard with everything all over the place. The employees also looked suspicious and unprofessional. Avoid this place if you want peace of mind, honestly.

Rude, Discourteous and Ripoff pricing

This one is a real gem. Call any car audio or alarm installer in the area. You will always find lower prices then this sleezy establishment. Man has two chairs in his waiting room. One is broken so when you sit in it you fall backwards violently which causes a whip lash type feeling. He installed a Viper auto-start system in my car a few weeks ago and all of a sudden none of my keys work. The system began to malfunct... view moreion. Now I had my dealership take a look and come to find out this installer jammed the viper unit through the electrical wiring for my steering column. I have already contacted a Lawyer but this is one shoddy business establishment you would be better off avoiding at all costs. When you call this man he doesn`t understand english well so he begans to curse you and call you names. PATHETIC AVOID!
